The servers that are always nice and polite they're always checking on you to make sure everything's good I go every time I'm in town
I've always loved Frisch's, especially this one in particular. There definitely was a period of time where the food quality had gone down hill but ever since the new frisch's group has taken over food quality has gone up prices have come down a little and things are on the up and up.
We just had dinner at this location and the food was delicious and hot. Toan, our waiter, was absolutely wonderful. He was very attentive and extremely kind. He made our dining experience fun and enjoyable. :)
It was $13 for a smash burger, small fry and medium drink. They forgot the fries, had to go back and then they tasted like they were reheated several times.
Sadly, since the main company closed,it resulted in independent owner operations like this location to switch supplies such as buns,hamburger patties, and so forth with other suppliers since they had no choice and the hallmark big boy sandwich is a far cry from before with altered patties and buns now.
Other items on the menu have changed a lot, too.
Fingers crossed for a future comeback someday.
The staff is still great and friendly also.
Brianna, who was my server at Frisch’s on Cincinnati Dayton Road, was freakin’ awesome!!!! She gave everyone dining their 5-star service. And the food was perfect too!!
One of our favorite chains! This store did not disappoint! Our server was one of the friendliest, most efficient, and helpful servers we have ever had... at ANY restaurant.

The food was great. I was glad to find a Frisch's still open. My server was not too bright. Asked for ice water, and there were about 30 pieces of ice. When I was done with the food, the water was hot.

I'm only 13 years old and I know good food when I eat it the bacon was perfect and so was the sausage and biscuits. Our server was april and she was so kinda to me and my sister and dad and it was quiet and awsome for the buffet 😍

I don’t know what they’ve done, but the tartar sauce is not good anymore and the food is just not the same as it used to be.
