Wife and I went her with her family for a joint birthday dinner. I've only had takeout from her until now. It was the inlaws first time eating ramen (a fave of me and the wife).Great food, helpful staff, love it!

I gave 3 stars. I don't think it is fair to give a lower rating because I didn't like the food. I didn't even eat it, had a few bites of each item. It was the most expensive taste snack I have had. I had planned to leave the entire thing there but my husband still packed it up. I guess he plans to eat it.I had the beef teriyaki. The beef tasted smoked, which is good for a BBQ, not korean teriyaki. The teriyaki was too sweet and had a very odd taste. The rice had the same odd stale like taste. The flavors didn't flow together. After thinking about the odd taste in my entire dish, I'm guessing they add sake to this dish. I'm just not a fan of it. It's like a stale taste, like something in the pantry wasn't stored correctly and absorb the pantry air. I feel some sakes can give that same stale taste.Everyone else in my family loved their romen. So it is not fair to judge them on one dish with my one palate of taste. So still giving a higher star review. Just definitely not worth $70 for four people!

Only received the two stars because of the food. It was amazing. But the service was weird. Paid with card and then had my waitress come out to my car asking for a tip. It was strange being pressured into leaving a tip. Never going back here again because the service is rude.

The food here is excellent. Portion sizes are very generous, the prices are great, and it tastes fantastic. All the employees were very nice.
From out of town and dropped in for lunch. What a great place for Japanese cuisine. Great food and service. Highly recommend

Chicken ramen was delicious! They give you a hearty portion of noodles, too. The pork buns were succulent, and okonomiyaki was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. 10/10, we will be back!

Just stopped in on a whim because I was leaving Cinci, and the food was amazing. Not only was the ramen good, but the service was fast. All the staff members were kind, which isn't a given these days. All and all 5/5

The food is amazing and delicious. The atmosphere is fun and inviting. However for service you have 2 options. The tall slimmer waitress who treats you terribly and almost refuses to come to your table for service in any way and is rude half the time she speaks to you. Or you'll get the shorter waitress and she is AMAZING. On top of everything super friendly, Smiling and happy, and makes sure your experience is great. This restaurant is a 10/10 when you get the right waitress. Service means a lot to the experience of dining out and I think this place shows that. For better or worse.

You absolutely need to go here! I go there at least twice a month. It's that good. I love the Shoyu Tonkotsu Ramen. For anyone who has never had real authentic Ramen, this is nothing like the packaged stuff. The noodles are fresh with the right amount of chew. The broth is very flavorful and not overly salty. The meat is absolutely delicious. And there are many different toppings you can pick from. As for non-Ramen dishes, I highly recommend the Katsu and gyoza.
