Ive tried graeters over the years and ive never quite gotten the hype train. Its been a long time so I decided to go again and I know I still havent missed anything. While the picture looks great, it doesnt match in taste. I have no desire to return as there are just so many better dessert places in town.

Great ice creams, friendly staff. The only oddity compared to other locations is their counter style, no easy way to form a line. But, it’s Graeter’s! The best ice cream around in my opinion.

This is the go to place in Cincinnati for delicious ice cream and other dessert items. Their chocolates are absolutely delicious and the cherry coffee cake was a hit with everyone. One of my favorite stops for my visit Cincinnati.

Stopped by for a single Black Raspberry. Very tasty. Enjoyed. Not busy at all. 5.25 for one "dip" may be the cause. It's a shame that a simple impulse treat like this costs so much. For me it is less visits for sure.

I love Graeters, especially this location. However, today, we had an awful experience. Usually, a trip to Graeters is a special treat for us. Today, we ordered 2 Sundays. As they were prepared, we went to pay the bill. On older women rang up the bill. She continually was pushing the $5.00 Cancer Cure promotion. We declined several times, but she kept pushing it. Finally, we said yes, just to move the sale along. By now, our ice cream treats were completed. The lady could not ring up the order correctly. It took 3 attempts and two times for the store manager to come over before we could pay. As we went to eat our ice cream, we determined it was now more soft serve in a soupy bowl, not a typical Sunday. For us, this was more of a trick than a treat. I'm so disappointed. Perhaps we will find a different location next time.

I had an amazing experience at this location. I am from Indiana and my Ohio friends insisted that I experience the magic at Graeter's and magical it was... The service was phenomenal; the staff was inviting and personable. The variety was delightful. The ice cream was superb, rich, and decadent. The next time I am in town, I will visit again.
