Classic eatery centered on fish. Had a Philly steak which hit home hard on my taste buds. I took home and didn't get to eat for maybe 30 minutes after pickup. I could tell it affected the fries which were still really delicious. The Philly was...so good! So hot and I couldn't tell a difference from what I would hope for from dine in. Polite and helpful staff and very clean restaurant!

I threw up all the food less than 30 minutes afterwards. I think it was the coleslaw but maybe the fish. It tastes good but something was not right.

Prices are almost twice that of other locations. $12 for 15 piece catfish nuggets! I'll hop back on over to any other location and get the same thing for only $7. All of their lunch specials are anywhere from $3-5 more. Why? It's the same food.

To top it off, he asked us to clean up after ourselves, which is not the kind of service anyone should expect. I will not be returning and urge others to stay away.

I had an awful experience at the West Chester, Ohio restaurant. The owner was rude and unhinged, yelling in front of families and children. It was shocking to witness. Even more troubling was being told to clean up after ourselves—absolutely unacceptable. I will not return and strongly advise others to think twice before dining here.

My visit to the West Chester, Ohio location was incredibly disappointing. I had a truly disappointing experience at the West Chester, Ohio location. The owner displayed incredibly rude behavior, not only towards us but also to other families in the restaurant. He was yelling and screaming, which was completely inappropriate, especially with kids around.

To make matters worse, he asked us to clean up after ourselves, which is unacceptable for any dining establishment. The overall atmosphere was uncomfortable and unwelcoming.

I will never return to this location and strongly advise others to avoid it as well. It's disheartening to see such poor treatment in a family-oriented place.

I had a disappointing experience at this fast food restaurant that I feel compelled to share. From the moment we entered, the atmosphere was uncomfortable. The owner was unprofessional, speaking rudely to both customers and staff, which was unsettling, especially with children present.

The cleanliness was also a major issue. The tables were dirty, and when I asked for help, I was met with a dismissive attitude. I had to wipe down the high chair myself, which is unacceptable for any dining establishment.

Overall, this experience was far from what I expected. I won’t be returning and would recommend others consider their options before choosing this restaurant. It's important for families to feel welcome and respected when dining out.

I went this restaurant today with my family today and the costumer service was so bad . The men on the counter was so rude that he made us leave the restaurant. We went to the restaurant at 10:15 and we get our order at 10:40 .We didn’t even started our meal yet and the old man at the counter said it’s time to close the restaurant I’ve to go home because I’m tired and we said we just need couple minutes and he just start yelling and screaming at us. The behavior was not good enough for us to go there again . If I could rate this Zero star I would definitely do that. The old men at the counter just knows how to argue with costumers . It was my worst experience ever. I’ve been to so many restaurants in my life but I’ve never treated like how I was treated here . I would like to recommend that ,

If I could rate this place a Zero star I would. This has been the worst experience of my life. I have been to soo many restaurants but nobody has ever treated me and my family like that. We came around 10:15 and we placed our order the old man didn’t said anything. We got our food at 10:40 when we started eating he said that the restaurant closes at 11:00 we said give us 5 mins he said that its not his problem and he started yelling he said he wants to go home he is tired its not his problem and we need to leave. He was literally screaming and I had nephew and nieces with me. I grabbed everything and we left. Rudest customer service ever. Please watch out at this branch. It is that old man at the counter!! If he had such issues he shouldn’t have taken our order.

If i could rate this place 0 stars i gladly would but unfortunately i have no choice whatsoever. We came at 10:10 and got the food exactly at 10:40, with that being said the server asked us to manage eating within those 20 minutes and when we said we just needed a couple of minutes he proceeded to tell us that it wasn’t his problem or issue. Me and my family were just trying to enjoy a good meal and he was the most rudest, most aggressive and disrespectful person we have came across managing the entire food industry. He started yelling and screaming and started cussing at us to leave like we didn’t just pay him for everything we have ordered. Worst experience of my entire life, rude as hell. We will never ever ever again order from here, people go to grocery stores 2 minutes before closing but they never get kicked out, his awful attitude and rude tone towards my family just ruined our appetite, DONT BUY FROM HERE.

Decided to try a new place for Fish n Chips. Tried the fried catfish. Very crispy coating and hot off the grill so to speak. Counter service. Small dining area and appeared that most people do takeout. Ready to eat there again.
