OUR FOOD TOOK 35 MINUTES TO COME OUT!! (4 adults & 1 baby). The restaurant was practically empty!!!! The food was cold & my omelet was not edible!!! Neither was the rest of everyone’s food. Could tell it had been sitting for a long time!!! When we addressed it, the manager said it’s because we order a burger… IT DOES NOT TAKE THAT LONG FOR A FEW ITEMS REGARDLESS OF WHAT WE ORDERED ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR RESTAURANT IS BASICALLY EMPTY!!! The least they could do was come over and give us an update on our food. We had to ask twice!! When they eventually brought our food out and we saw & tasted that it was not fresh after waiting so long, we decided to get up and leave and not eat. Our experience was ruined. There were also people that were standing at the host stand when we walked out and they had been standing there for 5-10 minutes without being greeted and when they seen us walk out, we exchanged our current and experiences and they walked out right with us. There were 3 tables in the whole restaurant. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!

Didn’t even get to being sat let alone greeted, we were avoided eye contact and ignored for 25 minutes. The only people even in the restaurant walked out and said they waited 35 minutes for food and when it came out it was cold.

We ordered breakfast and waited, waited and waited. The couple in booth next to us arrived about 10 minutes later and received their food in a timely manner and we were still waiting. After about 30 minutes we asked our server to check on our food and she never came back. Went to cashier to pay for our drinks and cashier told the manager who wouldn’t even come out. Very poor service would not recommend at all.

Walked in and was told there would be a 10 to 15 minute wait. Ok no problem. We observed 3 tables that left the building. After 30 minutes we left and had brunch elsewhere.

We had a bad experience at this IHOP and decided to give it another try after 1 year. To our surprise it was even worse.The waitress was awesome, professional and nice, but I’m not sure if the cook is illiterate or what? One utensil and one cup was dirty. We ordered 3 dishes and all 3 were wrong. My wife asked for Sunnyside up and they gave her scrambled, we asked for Turkey bacon but got sausage instead and our big state omelette had a piece of hair and bacon, which was shocking. It felt like it was done on purpose since we are Muslim and don’t eat pork products.

18% gratuity was automatically added to our bill and we were presented with a tip line and suggested tips again on the final receipt.

Woman who answered the phone 3:15am doesn't understand what shell egg means. Kept asking about egg whites. I gave up trying to place an order.
Walk in and restaurant empty. No employees in site. Table by door covered in dirty dishes and trash from previous party, unknown how long because store empty. Family of 3 walked in as we were parking wasn't seated until 5 mins after we walked in door behind them. We were never acknowledged by any employee and left after standing 5 mins after the people before us were seated. Seems like yall need some new staff that want to work.

We walked in to another guy and two kids. Your employee sits them then ignores us so we didn’t even get to sit down and we left never again.

We had a very bad experience. We had to wait 30 mins just for someone to take the order and wait another 45 mins to get the food. After long wait we got very very aweful food. We ordered chicken fajita omelette and the veggies are completely burnt. Omelette is also overcooked and doesn’t have any cheese in it. I told the waiter and she said that is how the omelette is. It was a very bad experience altogether for us.

I was looking so forward to eating at IHOP and getting their special breakfast meal. I got the eggs, pancakes and bacon. I was so disappointed! The waitress was really nice and attentive but the food looked good but didn’t taste as good as it looked. Was my expectations too high? No. The bacon tasted like it was reheated or bacon not up to par. The pancakes was ok but not as fluffy as they could have been. The eggs tasted ok but ask for eggs over medium and one egg was good and the other was overdone. Some may say well what did I expect for the price? It’s not the top item available on the menu but the meal should have tasted like it was the best item on the menu. I’m not a picky person but did expected more than I got. I felt that I needed to say something about how I felt.
