Stopped by on a Friday morning. Big mistake. Restaurant not busy but waited forever for food. Mine wasn't hot and was served on a dirty plate. We have been here for 1.5 hours and trying to get the check for husbands meal. Ready to walk out. We haven't been to an IHOP in years and will never come back. Big mistake today.

Went to eat at 5:00 am after being on the road for hours and we needed to waste some time. and it says 24 hours and the cook was sitting down eating and the hostess said he won’t start cooking til 6:30am. I will be calling corporate and I will tell you that they don’t deserve any stars . I am a big tipper and for them to push money away is crazy to me. I guess they get the hourly wage but don’t want to work for it.

The girl at the front told us we had to wait another hour to eat food here, that the chef wasn’t cooking till then. How are your hours going to say open 24/7 and not be serving your customers?? The girl at the front was also super disrespectful and had a nasty attitude towards us.

Bad experience on a couple of occasions. The last one will be the last one. Floors were dirty. Entree was nasty and a replacement was offered but we didn't get it until the rest of the party was do e eating. They offered 50 of the 70 dollar bill back..I won't even go back to redeem the 50...

Unfortunately we never got to eat here. My boyfriend and I waited in the lobby for 8 minutes and no one waited on us. We were the only ones waiting and there were only 3 occupied tables in the whole restaurant. Finally, someone came around and told us there'd be a 5-10 minute wait. There were only 3 occupied tables and no one else waiting! We moved on to another restaurant.

Came to pick up an online order, 1st time here and couldn’t get any service. Saw a waitress once and she said she would be with us in a moment and never sent anyone over. The other people here ended up leaving. My order is well past the due time. Really bad service. Only reason I finally got service was another waitress came to ring out tickets. Even then order is still not done and it’s going on 15 minutes past. The other waitress that said she would be with us never came over until one of her tables was ready and still never acknowledged me!! Then they didn’t even have the flavor of pancakes and was like oh well. Highly don’t recommend and will never come back.

Just attempted to eat there. They were not busy. Only 1 table with people seated. Stood near the register for 5 minutes but there was never any employees visible. I turned around and left. There is a Panera nearby so I stopped there instead. Would recommend Panera if you are in the area.

Went to breakfast today with an Old friend;but we ended up eating lunch. We arrived at 9:35 am. Waitress took my order at 10:06.Brought me the wrong drink at 10:30. Brought the replacement drink with our food at 11:00 am. My eggs were cold and hard on top and the pancakes were falling apart. Waitress didn't come to see how our meal was until about noon when she left our check. It still took nearly 30 minutes to cash out.Thankfully I was with good company but we never thought it would be 3 hours for a mediocre breakfast.

Dont order online. I dont know what happened but lateley if i place online order, i wind up waiting 20+ min afyer it says food should be ready. Plus The staff ignores you.50min! Yes, 50min past the time it siad to pick up my food is when i got my food.Im the manager of a store behind this ihop location. I get its busy but atleast say something to the guest waiting in your lobby for 50min (no exageration).Idk what happened but it never used to be like this. Their was a manager that drove a white audi (i dont know his name), he used to hace my online order ready at the latest 5min after it siad it wld b ready. I havent seen him in a couple weeks but yall need to get him back.I literally go to this ihop atleast 3 times a week cus i work right behind yall. But i dobt think ill be back. This has happened to many times now sense ive last seen the white audi manager.Idk... lost customer.
