Jersey Mike's Subs

Unwillingness to make a giant sub with half white and 1/2 wheat.

They need a new process for take out. Placed order online at 6:05 said it would be ready at 6:25.. showed up at 6:23. Order was t ready I left 40 mins later after arriving. New customers walked in 8 after I got there and they made a total of 12 sandwiches for new orders prior to our online order. Had to get in line to ask my sandwiches be made when another customer walked in. And toppings and sauces slipped on because rushing.

Same thing happened the last time I placed an online order. Waited 25 mins as they waited on 6-7 walkins.

Both times employees complaining about the shift before not making enough bread or doing the dishes. Prior to these last two times never had a problem for years.

I felt rushed and so was my order. The worker was very impatient and didnt seem to care about anything. The liberty township location is far better if you want a sub.

Oh my goodness, the afternoon crew especially on Wednesdays and Fridays are wonderful! Always up and energetic and they make one really nice sandwich. It’s a sandwich that actually looks like it’s on the commercial which I can’t say that for other fast food restaurants.

One of the only fast food locations I frequent! The staff of the Beckett Ridge Jersey Mikes know me by name, by order and are always professional and dedicated to serving the highest quality food!!

Ummmm....The manager literally lost her marbles while I came in to order and complained about someone calling off work..... NOT MY PROBLEM! yes I will give credit to the employees that tried...they really did as they felt as uncomfortable as me ..She literally complained to me the entire time about how bad her job is ..I just needed a couple of sandwiches...I really also need to understand the point of wearing gloves to make my food when you literally touch things other than my food...waste of time waste of money.

Jenny and Jayden are so awesome friendly so rare in this day and age wonderful!

I love this location! This place makes the best Philly sub around. The big kahuna is delicious every time I order no exceptions. I get it on rosemary bread with no jalapeños. It’s consistently a great sub so I keep coming back.
