Quick and easy, everything was correct and delicious. Can't ask for anything more without being ridiculous.

My go to place for sandwiches. Iove the Beach Club and the people at this location are friendly and consistent with the food. Prices are good and combos free after 2. I get food there when fishing in the adjacent ponds.

Went to this Jimmy Johns 10/20/24 around 6pm. I first noticed that the manager was outside playing football which I didn't think was a big deal. However, I gave this a one star because of later during my visit. I was kicked out after I witnessed the weekend manager yell at his employee and told him he should be nicer to the employee. Don't go here unless you like an aggressive environment.

Worst location. For quite some time now every time I’ve been to this location, the staff is rude and act like they are so inconvenienced by you ordering food. Today they really got under my skin. I ordered 4 sandwiches in drive through and the guy acts like I just ordered catering. Proceeds to ask me “to order online or call ahead of time for an order this size…it’s gonna be another 10 minutes” but the food comes out
30 seconds later. You can’t handle 4 sandwiches at lunch time? Ridiculous. So much attitude.

Gary is my absolute hero.

I had a terrible day today and I decided to treat myself to my favorite sandwich at Jimmy John’s to help turn this day around. In an unfortunate turn of events, I dropped half of my sandwich in my car. I had to pull over so I could let out a good cry before I could tackle the rush hour traffic ahead of me.

I figured that it wouldn’t hurt if I called to see what I could do about obtaining the lost half sandwich. My day was already sad, so if they said no, then it simply would be what it would be.

I called and explained the situation and they told me to come back through.

Expecting my lost half sandwich, Gary hands me a full sandwich and wished me a good day.

Jimmy Johns has gained a loyal customer for life. Gary, I don’t think you understand how much this brightened my day.

Thank you.

This Jimmy John's ignores takeout and doordash orders. Literally drove to the restaurant and saw my order flashing on their screen that had been sitting for over 40 minutes. Ph uck these owners.

We tried to pay for our food with a 50.00 dollar bill and they refused to break it. Said it was company policy and called the cops. Manger was rude and refused to give me the info to reach the owner. Our company will never buy food from here again.

Upon entering the fast food venue, I anticipated a modest level of service understanding that it would not parallel the experience of fine dining. Regrettably, the service fell short, meriting a mere 1.7 experience.
My visit to Jimmy John’s was to return a sandwich procured on my behalf by my supervisor only half an hour prior. Upon arrival, I exchanged a brief glance with the cashier but proceeded to the beverage station under the assumption that it was the starting point for service inquiries, akin to the protocol observed at a comparable restaurant.
It soon became apparent that the cashier was indeed the appropriate point of contact. However, his response to my approach—a discernible sigh—conveyed a sense of inconvenience. I endeavored to explain the situation: it was my first visit to Jimmy John’s, and despite specific instructions for no mayonnaise, the sandwich was prepared with mayonnaise disregarding my request. The cashier contested the veracity of my claim, citing the menu’s standard addition of mayonnaise comes automatically on this particular sandwich. In response, I presented the textual exchange on my mobile device confirming the ‘no mayo’ directive, which was acknowledged by my supervisor.
The cashier’s reaction, was an eye roll and another pronounced sigh, and were reluctance to accommodate my request to have my sandwich remade, followed by a statement indicating saying that this would be the last time that this couldn’t happen again.
The ambiance was unwelcoming, and I was left with an unsettling feeling of alienation, questioning whether it was attributable to an off day for the staff or a prejudiced reaction to my appearance. Regardless, the experience was disheartening, and I felt distinctly out of place and undesired within the premises. Worst first experience.

Don't treat or pay employees well enough. Processed meats in sandwiches are most unhealthy foods you can eat. You may also have a heart attack with how much Mayo that is slabbed onto the sandwiches! Find healthy real food elsewhere!

Ordered a 30 piece catering box. I called the day before and talked to some guy with near zero communications skills but he eventually got my question answered - yes they prefer a day's notice. Pulled up to the drive thru the next day at the agreed time and the order was ready - but they said it was too big for the drive thru window. I'm handicapped and I wasn't going inside as they requested. They said pull ahead and voila - they handed me the order thru the window that 60 seconds prior wouldn't accommodate such activity. Had I not resisted they would have had me come inside for no reason whatsoever. Or maybe they do it to laugh at the folks who they convince to respond to their nonsense.

I order a Lettuce wrap I have a gluten allergy. I went to pick it up because they told me it would b a hour for delivery. When I got it it had bread on it o called the man was rude put Logan on the phone. Logan told me I could get another that day but I was unable to go pick it up. I ask if I could Monday he said to call him he would arrange it. I called Monday they said Logan was not there and I proceeded to tell them the facts he said he was the owner and because of my attitude I would not have my order remade and he was marking under my phone number not to serve. I called corporate it is franchised not privately own. So the guy would not give me his name!!! I suggest noone order from this store. Horrible customer service.
