Cashier very nasty “ she hates her job vibe “didn’t want to refund me because my break was over in 5 mins due to my food not being correct! The bread they sell hard ass a brick literally. check your food before you leave their are you might break your teeth from that hard ass bread the sell! Firehouse would “NEVER”! First and last time! Negative 100 for first experience!

The staff is bias as to who they speak to upon entering the establishment. The whites were greeted with welcoming tones while I was there I didn’t get half of the courtesy that they received!!!! This is sad and a bad look

We were walking into the store today around 1:10 and a worker got out of his red car and was very rude with us. He was screaming in our faces that we can’t have a dog in the store which is understandable although we did not know this rule. He could’ve been much nicer with us and politely asked us not to bring our dog but no he was mean and honestly ruined both of our days. Please do something about this man.

Twice I’ve ordered from this jimmy John’s I’ve gotten onions in my chicken Caesar wrap. Onions are an add on for this item, they don’t come in the wrap. The second and most recent time I ordered I thought to write in my notes that I wanted no onion. Of course it had onions in it. I’m just sad.

Terrible service. Waited 25 minutes for sandwich with no one inside. 3 workers with a 4th going in and out only can assume for a smoke break. No apologies or courtesy.
Terrible experience. Cashier lied to me. Visited 10.6.24 at 12:15pm. He told me that he had day old bread for 55 cents. He rung me up for $1.99 per loaf and told me “I was slammed last night so I don’t have any”
If you make the mistake, then you owe the customer to eat the difference. What a jerk off!! I won’t be back…your integrity means everything and it’s lost. Do better.

Tuna sandwich was 10% tuna and 90% onion and celery. I bit into it and it tasted like an onion sandwich. And the bread was stale. Absolutely disgusting. Jimmy John’s is nothing like it used to be back in the day. I’ll never go back again.

It was later and only one other customer and it still took a long time for three wraps = not really freaky fast. They didn’t mark the sandwiches and it caused quite an uproar with confusion, someone eating the wrong one and it had spicy peppers on it.The restaurant and bathroom were clean.
