I ordered the chicken parmesan dinner. The pasta was delicious, the chicken parmesan was good until the second piece , it was not cooked all the way. The young gentleman that was my waiter was very apologetic I made sure there was compensation for the meal. Eating there again tonight hope dinner is better.

Excellent food and service!! My server Gabby, was excellent! In a world of surveys and reviews by people who complain, this establishment and Gabby definitely deserve those 5 stars. Thank you for great food and service! ?????

When we arrived the doors were broke and had to be let into the building. The restaurant was nice and clean. Our food arrived in a timely manner. The food in general was not very good. I had chicken parm and the chicken was tough and hard to cut. My wife had a pasta dish with bacon in it. The bacon was hard and crunchy. neither of us really enjoyed or meal and will not go back.

Had to wait 30 min to get a table and I made reservations three days before we arrived. No ribeye the only steak I order at a steakhouse. Settled for the prime rib, and it was microwaved. After we were done busser cleared the table and took 25 min. To get my check.

Worst experience ever especially for Valentine's Day! The six of us didn't even end up getting our entree after two and a half hours. We finally found a manager and paid for what we did eat which was salad bread and shrimp cocktail that we could have got at a gas

Went there on Valentine's Day 2 1/2 hours later we never did get our entree. The waiter was fine he needed more help I even tried to walk up to the bar and get our own water but the bar staff wouldn't wait on me. I could have got the gas the salad and bread at a gas station. Worst experience ever! We finally found a manager and cashed out for what we did receive. Which was totally overpriced for the six of us and salads bread and horrible shrimp cocktail. Myself and another friend were the only ones to get the shrimp cocktail and we were sick for 2 days. The Board of Health needs to raid this place

Terrible food and service!!! My expectations quickly diminished. I assumed this restaurant was comparable to Cooper's Hawk, Firebirds, and similar restaurants serving entrees beginning at the $30 price point. It was worse than Chick fil a*multiple items was not available*Italian Steakhouse without Italian dressing for the salad or a variety of pastaThe waitress commented something like I'm trying but I can't control the kitchen, I know you’re upset and the staff is upset too. they did not have the steaks to cook or that we were sending it back. Either way, I feel like we were the guest. No need to tell me that the kitchen staff is upset, just apologize and make it right. Multiple guests had to order their second-choice entree since they were out of steaksThe dinner was served in waves, some of the guest finished eating prior to the rest of the food being served. The waitress offered "free" desert because so many were complaining that their meal was not correct or cooked to order. Then the waitress ghosted us.The bill was a disaster. The waitress attempted to remove items not served which resulted in a higher amount due. Not sure how that happened.

Bad quality food. Appetizer served was cold. And raw onion flavour. Ordered tiramisu which was frozen fresh out of the freezer with ice in-between. Really disgusting food. Would never recommend to anyone.

The only reason I am giving 1 star is for the bread. Otherwise this would be a zero star review. The bread came out warm and soft and was really good. The rest of the meal and service was a huge disappointment. We were doing a double date with our friends. The guys both wanted prime rib. We decided to try this place. The atmosphere is ok, nothing fancy. We all wore jeans. I ordered the ribeye with garlic mashed potatoes and a salad with ranch. What I received was a NY strip that they tried to pass off as a ribeye. Seriously?! I'm not that stupid. I know what a ribeye looks like. I sent it back and told them I asked for a ribeye, not a NY strip. The server returned and said they ran out of ribeyes (it was 6:30pm on a Sat night). I told them to take it off the bill and I did not ask for anything else to eat. My husband ordered the 16oz prime rib medium and mixed vegetables. His prime rib was overcooked. The vegetables were good. My friend ordered a ribeye with baked potato and salad. She actually received a ribeye, but she said it was extremely salty. Our other friend ordered a 16oz prime rib medium rare with baked potato and salad. He said his prime rib was dry. The service was slow. We waited forever for drinks (water/soda) and had to ask for them. Our friend wanted creme brulee, but they were out of that too. At one point the server brought me (without being asked) a prime rib he tried to pass off as a ribeye steak. As you know, those taste different and are cooked different. I did not eat it. When he finally brought our bills, he had charged us for salads (that were supposed to be included with meal) and he still had my ribeye on there! Ummm..no! I will not pay for a meal I did not eat! We asked for the manager, but she did not come over and instead took $20 off and removed the salad charges. Ummm..no again! Our friend's bill was now correct and they paid, but I still refused to pay for a meal I did not eat. Manager finally came over and agreed to remove the charge. She of course had several excuses about the server being new and not explaining what had happened and about supply issues. So, warning to other people...don't eat here! If you do, check your food and your bill and maybe ask ahead of time if they have the food you actually want!

Valentine's Day nightmare. When we got our appetizers 45 minutes after ordering they were good and that's where the good stops. They were clearly having a staffing issue because we didn't see our waitress again(at all) after we got drinks so the poor service I can get over. But when my "charbroiled ribeye" final came out an hour and a half after ordering it was thin and grey with no visible seasoning. 43 DOLLARS! They also charged me 4 dollars to upgrade my side to asparagus and gave me 5 pieces that I didn't even bother trying. I took one bite of the steak and sent it back. It was the first time I've ever sent food back. I told them I would pay for it because I ordered it and they took half off. I wouldn't have paid 20 dollars had I known. It was the worst "ribeye" I've ever had and this restaurant should be ashamed of charging people a premium price for worst than subpar food. I took the time to compile a list of steaks that taste FAR better and are cheaper1.Macdonalds steak egg and cheese bagel2.Waffle House3. Any steak house ever4.Your local gas station5.Expired steak in your grandma's freezer. You could not pay me enough to go back to this restaurant! I would rather eat dog food. I will do everything in my power to make sure anyone I know avoids this place.

Very disappointed. Took forever to serve us and hunt down a server to get some water. Server said they were out of bread, even though other couples had bowls of bread on their tables. Food was decent but don't get the prime rib. It was really weird being handed silverware from the hostess before we sat down to take to the table ourselves. They tried to make up by offering a dessert. In fairness it was valentines day, but would definitely not recommend this place.

We waited 50 minutes after being seated before we ever got our salad. Then another 30+ for our meal and another 20+ minutes after finishing our meal before the waitress brought us our bill.

Worst experience at a restaurant in 4 years. Why take reservations then repeatedly tell people there are no tables? One bar tender on a Saturday night, making drinks and running drinks for servers. Eventually we left because it became obvious we were never going to be seated, or even ask if we would like to order at bar. No way will I ever be going back to this joke of a restaurant. Spend the extra money and avoid this place at all costs.

First of all I will NEVER EVER ATTEND THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! Secondly, open table has the menu as showing many appetizers, a very good MENU with MANY items to choose from. It states on open table that Friday and Saturday night Prime Rib is served!! Also there's know place on open table that say this restaurant does not accept cash for payment!! Well my husband and I arrive at 6:15 pm our reservation was at 6:30 pm the sign at the desk say ( with no date posted on it) say we no longer accept cash were paperless only major credit cards or debit cards!!! What about people that's traveling and have travelers checks or not have a major credit card or debit cards ?? Okay we were seated quickly ( that was nice less than 5 minutes) because only 6 people win there. On the table were the MENU'S and I couldn't believe my eyes!! There were exactly 4 appetizers, 4 pastas to choose from, 2 steak dinners to choose from, 2 seafood dinners to choose from 2salads and 3 toppings to put on your steaks!!! There were about 4 or 5 desserts!! I almost died!! No prime rib was on that menu at all!!! We bread they put on the table was cold as the temperature outside that night !! We came on 11-17-23 when temperatures was 20 degrees outside ( it was our valentine day dinner weekend) our first a d last visit) we never got to order NOTHING!! The waiter or waitress never came to our table , the hostess gave us some water that tasted horrible!! When we got up to leave we sat there for 30 minutes no one never asked what's wrong, what happened, can we help you, nothing!! It wasn't crowded on 6 people was in the entire restaurant!! My husband is a Retired Sergeant of Police & I'm an APRN this is so horrible the way we we treated and you need to update your menu selection on open table .... Also the paperless policy is not such a good idea everyone does not have cards these days!! The world operates on cash so maybe relax on that policy or at least post it on open table!! I have a copy of the menu !!

We were seated and served very quickly. The food was good. However after receiving our meal, the server never came back to ask how things were or if we needed refills. After we finished eating we sat for 30 minutes waiting on our check, I had to go to the bar and ask to get our check.
