Went for lunch. Waited about 15 minutes because they were 2 workers only. The chicken was terrible, the breading fell right off the chicken and was slimy. The chicken pieces had very little meat on them. The sides were fine. Will not be returning to this specific KFC. Go to the one off 4 bypass.

My mashed potato bowl was so good, fresh, and hot! Oh my gahhh I couldn’t have asked for more. & the workers were so pleasant, funny, & working hard. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m so damn full 🤣😭 I come all the way to West Chester from way deep down in the city just to eat! & the have some clutch ass coupons right now for only $1 dollar. That’s a steal. Come and see them 💪🏾💪🏾🔥🔥☄️

Went there at 8:50pm. Waited for a while for someone to respond at the drive thru. Then, waited for a while for chicken strips to be cooked. When we finally got our food after going in to get it and bei g told everything was coomed to order that time of night, the fries we got were old and soggy. Not a good experience at all. The 2 bowls we bought were ok but not the best I've had by a longshot.

Terrible customer service. They park everyone that came through the drive through then proceeded to ask me what my order was after waiting in the car for ten minutes. I agree with the other post I would avoid at all cost.

Oh my goodness, this has to be one of the worst KFC's. I have no idea how old the chicken i purchased was. The service was horrible. I'm sure none of the employees would eat any of the food they are selling. I have been to the location several times and every time the food has been terrible. Avoid if possible.

I’m not sure what’s so hard about getting orders correct but it seems like nothing but pure laziness going on here.
Drive asks every car to wait in the parking lots. Stopped by tonight and the lot was full of cars waiting for food. Wait times can be up to 20 mins. I’ve stopped going to this location.

Unfortunately I think this place must never be staffed because every time I come here I sit in the drive thru by the speaker for five minutes before anybody says anything to me. I am then told to pull around the building to wait for my food which usually takes atleast another ten minutes to receive…. There was a nice black man running around bustling his butt but there wasn’t much else he could do I guess.

My wife had surgery yesterday close to this location so that's why I chose here plus they had the 8 piece for 10$. 1dt thing Pulled to the drive-thru and was told I had to come in if I was using a card. I went inside and ordered the 8 piece crispy. The young man said they only have light (breast and wings) in crispy or it'd be a 20 min wait so I said to make it a mix 8 piece. Get home and no crispy at all smh tried to call back and get the manager and nobody even picked up the phone so thats why im making this review. Bad service...my wife didn't even eat after surgery because she only eats the crispy
