Great coffee, great donuts. But the coffee ended up hurting my stomach terribly. I wish they would lower the sugar level in some of there drinks. But the donuts on display were super cute.

I will have to say the leap year special seemed awesome. I placed an order and waited 47 minutes in the drive thru just to hear that they didn't have donuts. The manager made the young kid at the window who was super nice let us know that there was no substitutions and they were just at a loss. It was very frustrating considering I don't even live in west Chester and drove 20 minutes to get donuts for my children. The manager said it would be refunded to my card and I am still waiting on that. I work in the food industry and would have been shunned if I didn't follow through with a special or advertisement that was promoted at my company. Just disappointing.

I drove almost 2hrs out for the leap year deal and was given cold donuts that I paid my hard earned money for!! Not to mention the drive that it took all I wanted was some hot and fresh donuts and got back hard and cold cardboard tasting donuts!! I guess you could wonder why this company can't keep stores open due to their lack of costumer care and thought. you can't even complain properly because no one wants to pick up the phone to make things right!! I think it's safe to say... that in this day and age the old Krispy Kreme we once knew is no more we will never get that warm feeling we once got as children, waiting around for warm delicious donuts. You get cold and harsh donuts and bad customer service instead. If you come here your best bet is to get something cheap, or be prepared to be disappointed. Specially if you have driven a long-distance.. Hey, don't say you haven't been warned..

Just got coffee here and it was absolutely horrible. Supposed to be the same coffees, both taste completely different and like trash. No one pays any attention to what they are doing, smile, or any customer service anymore. Last time I'm ever coming here. Its always the same there. Rude, no one cares and lacking everything.

Have not returned in a few months, since going multiple times, midday, only to be told they were out of multiple donut flavors and wouldn't have more that day (strawberry, the second day of the promo). Usually stop by the Peach Cobbler Factory instead.
