We went on a Saturday evening, We expected a wait for everything and for it to be busy, That wasn’t an issue for us at all. I did not come in contact with one friendly staff member, from the restaurant, to getting game cards, to the store where you can redeem your points. The food was awful, even a few of us ordering the same thing, It all had a complete different flavor, How does that happen? It’s very disappointing.

First visit here. Server at bowling left early due to ear infection, someone named Nicole came and helped us during our visit. She was amazing. She seemed busy but we felt like she cared and took very good care of us. Nachos were delicious. Several men who were working other areas were extremely rude and seemed very frazzled. Eric working in the prize room was not friendly at all, seemed annoyed with all the kids cashing in their tickets. And someone working the gravity ropes was not helpful. Red hair. We’ve never been to Main Event before and I asked how we could do the gravity ropes. He said, you have to have a wrist band. My son showed him his wrist band and then he POINTED to the prize room. I walked away feeling stupid because I did not understand what he was talking about. My son went and asked him again what he needed to do, and again this man pointed to the room. I was so confused so I went up to the man to find his name tag, it was covered by his harness so I asked him for his name. He asked my why I needed his name, I told him this was our first time here and he was not helpful and I don’t understand finger pointing, and that I was going to the manager. He then told me to go to the prize room to sign up for the gravity ropes. Still didn’t get his name. It was just very disorganized and not kid friendly and I’d recommend Urban Air or Scene 75 anytime over this establishment. Again, Nicole was amazing but other than that - huge disappointment!

For kids this may be pretty fun if all the machines worked...but they didn't. I lost a few THOUSAND points to machines gobbling special point coins. That sucked! Lost a couple hundred plays from machines breaking during play. I swear.... if I see E05 error one more time, it will be too soon. Food portions were TINY!!!! TINY!!!TINY and absolutely overpriced.The bartender was brickfaced and uninviting. This place was just not catering to the adults that pay for the kids and young adults that keep this place open.The Good: clean bathrooms

My first time here . Similar atmosphere of Dave and Busters little bit pricier on somethings . Had fun playing games only bummer was a few of them I would go to swipe my card and it would points off card but the game was having issues and no one close by to ask for assistance .

The nerve of the guy in the kitchen talking to his workers the way he did i am going to get in contact with corporate because that man need to be fired nobody deserves to be spoken to that way I recorded it also he has some nerve calling them stupid and thinking he can speak that way is crazy to me I will not be returning to this main event ever again the evilness is out of this world I felt so sorry for the lady I wish she just walked out cause nobody I mean a dog don’t deserve what he is dishing out also I know a few share holders of this establishment he doesn’t own anything or anyone I’m sure they will find theseVideos interesting enough to have him gone !!!!

Went and got a pool table, asked for a waiter/waitress to order food and drinks, told us to order it at the bar, the wife sat at the bar for 20 min, no service, she then asked a server walking by, still nothing. There was a young kid sitting at the host station, I asked if there was a manager, he went in the back for a little while then came back and sat at his station. So in 1 hour while we played pool, after asking 3 people and requesting a manager, nobody came by. Left after pool and went to the restaurant across the street. I was waiting for Jake Tapper to storm in and close the place down.
No one cared to welcome us in. We went to purchase bowling and was told there would be an almost two hour wait. We then just decided billiards. I went back and forth between the bar and our table by the pool area to see if we could order food. No one cared to help including the host. Their answer is the bar takes orders for food and drink or there is staff to take food orders. It was confusing and disorganized. We will just play our one hour of billiards and leave hungry. At least there are alternative nearby restaurants willing to serve. Don’t go here for entertainment that accommodates you. You have to accommodate them.

Fun place. Birthday Celebration. Overall a good time. Continuous improvement suggestions;1. Make the game prices on each more apparent.2. We were bowling and right when we were in 8th and 9th frames , both lanes went down, as they were "timed" out. We had ordered a bunch if food and drinks and then it was shut down on us, with no way to fix????3. The games that you play to try to pick up and win a soft squeeze toy located the the air hockey tables are a waste of time and money as the toys are heavier than the claws can pick up..
