I don't live in Ohio but every time I visit I try to seek out McAlister's deli as I usually love them. At this location the food was solid as usual but the interior design was dated and cramped compared to most locations. We also had to wait much longer than usual to place our order. Price ended up being about $25 for two of the pick two options with tap water which seemed like a big price increase compared to last time I had been. The chain needs to rain that in or else they're going to lose customers. $25 for two small soups and salads is not a bargain.

A couple of times, we got the wrong order . You have to keep an eye on.
Placed a take out order here for 8:30pm because they close at 9. But when I got there they had a sign on the door that they closed at 8. They just took my money and closed.

I love eating here but over the past two years food has kinda just started getting a bit worse and worse I ordered a Rubin sandwich, and a soup, mind you I’ve ordered it for the past 2 years every time I come in but the past 4 times I had it they have been extremely cold, as well with the soup was watered down, I was exited to have a warm soup and a warm sandwich, with the cold weather, I typically don’t do reviews, but today I didn’t have a great experience with the food everyone was amazing here but the food isn’t the best anymore I did a order online, then I got the wrong soup and sandwich even tho in the bag it said my name and exactly what I ordered, I didn’t have a problem with it but it doesn’t meet my standards for the food, it was amazing last year but this year it’s going downhill, expect great service and amazing people, food isn’t as good as it was before. I have no problem coming in again but not for the Rubin anymore. Or for the soup, other than that the cashier was wonderful!!

Horrible portions. Terrible pricing . Total ripoff. Look at the picture. Absolutely unexpected tiny sandwich. I didn't want to make a scene, but it was over 30 dollars for a sandwich that had as much meat as 2 white castle burgers. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
