I am staying in a nearby hotel and I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Big Mac meal. I got back to the hotel and there's no ketchup for my fries and no napkins. Hmmm....don't 99% of the patrons want ketchup and napkins? I had no idea I actually had to ask for them. As a side note, the customer service sucked. The young lady who took my order was good but the guy who gave me the food didn't have a personality, didn't say hello didn't thank me for going to McDonald's. What do I expect when they can't even give me condiments or napkins? I will be in the area for 2 weeks and they will not get my business.

This is by far one of the worst McDonald's around. You'll more than likely get your order wrong. The employees on drive through do not know how to properly take orders. Today, I sat at the speaker for almost 10 minutes with no one taking my order. When I pulled up to the window, the lady working got a nasty attitude with me about how they're short staffed and I should have waited at the speaker. A little commutation goes a long way. I would have waited had I not been ignored for almost 10 minutes.

Food has been good the times I have gone for lunch. Staff was friendly.
Great selection of meats. You can take home and throw on the grill. Also have a amazing meatloaf in a tin pan that is ready to throw in the oven. They have dried beef jerky, cheese, saurkraut. They also have some meat rubs for purchase as well along with samples. Basic picture shop. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Over charged my order and ESL caused way too much time at the drive thru. Just replace the drive thru people with touchscreens already. This location would benefit immensely.

Do not come here. I ordered a tea with artificial sweetener and they gave me cane sugar when I specifically said ARTIFICIAL SWEETENER. I am almost 9 months pregnant with gestational diabetes and the girl on the phone tried to basically blame it on me that I did not order it right. My blood sugar could spike up and really cause harm to my baby and they did not take my concern seriously. I am livid. I will be calling corporate first thing in the morning.
