There is a 70 year old lady working be behind counter. Very sweet lady, but the way the GM talked to this por lady broke my heart. You could just tell that the GM larissa. gets off on being a bully. She should be fired immediately.

I didn't get a receipt so I couldn't fill out the actual survey. I went on 12/18 for dinner and received very unfriendly service with mediocre food. Typically this is your average McDonalds but this day was definitely worse.

This place is absolutely gross!!!! No soap in bathrooms. Toilet paper holder broke, trash full and both hand dryers broken. Fries in the sink, toilet paper in the sink so gross!

Or they pretend their drive-through isn’t working to hit drive-thru metrics. Go to the McDonalds on Princeton Glendale like 2 miles away.
