Excellent customer service
Been in this drive thru for easy 20 minutes
It's really a small task to be nice. The workers here were so pleasant and enjoyed their job. Enlightening
I don't always eat fast food, but when I do this McDonald's location will be high up on my list! The restaurant has been revamped since I last visited years ago. It is pretty clean, modern, updated inside and outside, now even has an electronic ordering station. Stay on top of this progress my friends!
Service by the drive-through is faster than the one inside
Had a small mixup at night with my order and came back the next morning bc I was running behind for work so I couldn’t handle it that night, the gm fixed my messup order and was so kind to us she understood the frustration as I had went to work that night without lunch bc everything is closed by my work, she made sure we were all fed that morning and was so sincere about everything we also go there about 3 times a week and always have a very pleasant breakfast. Better during the mornings but still a very good McDonald’s overall
Friendly service
Many years ago it did not matter which McDonald's you went to. The Big Macs were always awesome, hot, menu board presentable even like the picture. The biggest thing people love the most was their french fries and that alone I think gave them the best reputation. But like I said that was many years ago. Until today! Today I stopped at the McDonald's in Pisgah Ohio and got a Big Mac meal and this was like no other I have had for those many many years. The Big Mac bun was hot the pickles were fresh and not hot, just the right amount of sauce, the burgers even or cooked right not burnt and they were juicy. If that wasn't enough, the fries were very fresh and hot, crispy, and you might want to sit down for this... They were even salted!! I couldn't believe it. I will definitely be going out of the way just to eat at this one. The good old days :-)
Tried to order inside and was told drive thru only an credit card only. Mc Donald's just flat out sucks.
SO SLOW! Food and prices are as expected. Service is always extremely slow. Avoid if possible.

FOOD SAFETY HAZARD:
My family was exposed to poisonous chemicals at this location after they made smoothies with chemical water, which I found after I returned for the MSDS sheet, which has very clear poison warnings on the packaging. I immediately reported this to
the local police and the Board of Health.

Employees are worst. Don't even care to ask what a customer want. I was standing at the counter to order and she was making fun with coworkers. Don't come here

Being a veteran and being handicapped poses a lot of challenges especially getting In-N-Out of a vehicle to go inside of a restaurant. But when you go through the drive-thru observing the menu being clear invisible for everyone until you approach watching the menu still stuck on the previous order for over 5 minutes while a person on the intercom who is ESL keeps demanding you place an order after repeatedly informing them you're waiting for the menu to pop up and then demands you have to come inside. After going inside and not getting any answers to any questions and only being asked what your order was is bad enough, but to hear every other employee in the restaurant talk bad about me and the people I was with is beyond rude and unprofessional. Come to find out the lady at the counter who was being discourteous was the manager and failed to address any issues including employee conduct and behavior. I took it upon myself to mention to the other employees that they should not be talking about customers especially when they're standing in the restaurant, to which I was told if I had a problem with it but I could fill out a customer service and they did not care. After filing a complaint with the store I received a follow-up 5 days later from a general manager who insisted on justifying and rationalizing and then making it my fault and constantly telling me what I was doing wrong. I don't remember McDonald's being that way growing up and to be treated in such a manner as being both a veteran and being handicapped is appalling and for management not to address issues on site with employees is the direct reflection on upper management and ultimately the individual franchise owner. Congratulations McDonald's you turned my childhood Retreat playing in the playground in dreaming of the Hamburglar into a nightmare and you have lost my business because of such actions in lack of professionalism
Wheelchair accessibility: Bad enough I had to get out of the drive-thru to come inside to order but trying to get out of the restaurant while employees looked on and chuckled as I attempted to get out a 90-degree turn with two doors not very handicapped friendly carrying food and drinks with something my occupational therapist would refer to as nightmarish and dangerous

On the one hand, this is a McDonald's, one of the most generic of American restaurants in the World. You go to any McDonald's in existence and you know what you get will taste exactly (mostly) like every other time you've ordered that item this side of the Mississippi.
On the other hand, I go out of my way to drive past this location to go to any other McDonald's within 10 minutes of driving. I am not sure I've ever had a hot, fresh, and 95% correct order from this location, and they normally are mad about the fact you are there.
SOME of the employees at this location are genuinely friendly and courteous, and I legitimately feel sorry for them having to work at this location and not one of the better McDonald's nearby.

Waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order because the kiosk would not read my QR. code. Nothing. I went to Burger King, where they seemed happy to help me.
