I went to this McDonald's on my way home and I made sure it was open on the app is says that the drive through is open until 12am I arrived there at 11:10 pm and they were closed. Never coming back here again !

Sign and Website say dining room is open. Hasn't been open for months, yet the sign remains the same. Watched 10 people walk up and try to get in. EDIT. Gave this place a year to improve. Still the same joke of a place. Drive through employees don't understand how to operate the sign in the drive through. Service slow, employees are rude. Whereas the accountability?

We went there at 8 PMand they had no ice cream of any sort. Then the drive-through teen did NOT give us the correct change... $0.20 short... not a huge amount. But! Combine that with the fact that it looked like the only reason they didn't have ice cream was simply because they had already cleaned the machines and didn't want to be bothered to have to clean after closing. We wondered if the owwner/managers knew. So I suggest finding a different fast food offering.

Slow service and rude workers. The drive-through was so slow that I got my food inside faster than the drive-through. It took me almost 30 mins to get in and out.

This McDonald’s is under new ownership, so we decided to give the place a second chance. The service and food was great. We noticed workers scrubbing and cleaning the food, and workers seemed happy. The food order was correct. We would visit here again! Thanks again for the great service location #19!!

Kind of quiet when I got there around 2:20 but was really nice. The young lady that took my order was very pleasant and quick but not in a rushed way,food was very good I will definitely go back to this

We have always gotten good service, & our kids always enjoy playing in the indoor play area.Kid-friendliness: It's the only McDonald's with an indoor playground, our kids always have a great time there.

Definitely the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Like you get food so if that’s all you want sure go here, but 75% of the time i go here something goes wrong. Most of the time they don’t give me something i ordered or mess up something I ordered. Last time i stopped in to get an ice coffee before a long drive and i swear the dairy they put in it was off it was disgusting. The hours are also unlike any other location. Its so close to my house that i still sometimes go here but I’m really going to try my best to avoid this McDonalds entirely. (Update) you no longer even get food here anymore. Not even ice in drinks.

This is, without question, the worst McDonald's in the West Chester/Mason area. Every single time I come here I have an issue of some kind, whether it be the food, the customer service, or otherwise. I'm officially done with this McDonald's and I recommend that you stay FAR away from it.
