Service and quality have nose dived over the last year. Management seems to not care, often standing around talking while the line of customers grows. Inside is usually dirty with spilled drinks not being mopped or tables wiped. Avoid if possible.

The place is being renovated and they seem to have new ppl who don't know what they are doing. First time I ever had a bad experience there. The parking lot is a bit crowded due to contractors and I guess they can't do much about that but keep the service please...

Order accuracy is very poor and guys at night seems rushing to get Order out without ordering being complete I guess they be sending out cheese burgers with only buns and and no meat not sure how that counts as cheese burgers. Also asked for 2 fries they give me only once but charge me for 2 .I really hope it's new stuff issue but would like to see improvement in future.

Might be the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to when it comes to customer service. I ordered a steak egg & cheese bagel but instead got bacon. Honest mistake as I expect those type of things to happen. But I sat up there waiting for my sandwich for over 10 minutes. Most McDonald’s would have told me to keep the wrong sandwich and they will bring out the correct sandwich. Yet this not only didn’t happen but there were no apologies. Just real bad attitude as if I’m disrupting their day. Because I waited for so long on my sandwich I asked for a fresh hash brown. The manager looked at me as if I stole something from her. She rolled her eyes and got my hash brown. But instead of grabbing it by the paper holder, she had the top of the hash brown in the palm of her hand. So I ended up just eating my cold hash brown instead. I seriously don’t think any of them have any kind of customer service training
I ordered 2 regular cheeseburgers and a chocolate milkshake. The cheese on the burgers wasn't even melted. The chocolate milkshake that I had to wait for had a ton of chocolate syrup in the bottom of the cup with whipped cream dripping off the outside of the cup. My husband immediately apologized, although it wasn't his fault. I had been to the hospital & just needed the shake, really. We drove down the road to a different McDonald's where my order was perfect! I threw the other in the garbage can.Parking: No problems with parking, it's located towards the front of a strip shopping area.Kid-friendliness: Kids menus with a Happy Meal Toy!Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps at the entrances and exits, wheelchair accessible bathrooms.
Great McDonald's!!! They are very busy, but get you through fast! Great fries.

Can't make ice coffee right. Tried twice in the last couple weeks. Tried before in the fall. Same order, caramel iced coffee with no ice. First time tasted old and had no creamer or caramel, had remade. Still tasted old but they added a very light amount of creamer and caramel. Tried again today just to see if they had a bad day. Did not have time for a remake. Tasted hours old, only added creamer, no caramel. Like seriously, I order from others with never an issue. Get McD coffee almost daily. The one by Atrium is amazing, but I'm closer to this one on my sons therapy days. Please do better, its not that hard!
