The best pizza place in the city. Very pricey and they frequently mess up online orders because all of the options aren’t listed.

We chose this location to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday per her request. We usually have no issues, however this visit was highly disappointed. We dined in around lunch time and the majority of the dining room was empty. We were greeted in a timely manner, however that was the most attentiveness we were shown during our visit. Our drinks remained empty majority of our visit, my daughter found a hair wrapped around one of her Cloud 9 wings-- we had to flag down our server while she was chatting with other coworkers to which she didn't even apologize, she just made a face and went back to the kitchen with the wings. 10 minutes after the incident, the manager approached and apologized and said he would take care of it in which our server immediately brought our check . Our check still had the wings on it, but by this point I was fed up with the lack of professionalism and just wanted to get out of the restaurant so we paid and left. I have followed up via feedback form however I have not heard back from anyone. What was supposed to be an exciting celebration turned out to be lack-luster at best. We love Mellow Mushroom, however in the future we will make the drive to Wilder,KY and avoid this location.

Update....it has been some time since we have been and honestly we were a bit disappointed. The calzone was missing flavor. I couldn't even tell it had sausage on it. I am just hoping it was an off day for them.

I came in just to try their pizza and ordered the one called Great White. Honestly, it was out of this world flavorful, fresh, and definitely one of the better pizzas I’ve had in a while. That said, the price felt a bit steep at $24 for a medium, especially with so many other options out there. It also took about 35 minutes to be ready, which is longer than I expected. Still, the quality of the pizza was impressive. I think it deserves 4 stars. I might go back, I might not—it really depends on the mood and budget.

The staff leaves much to be desired: They often look miserable or have 'blinders' on to ignore you, even while your trying to get service from them. They do not check in on you often, even if your sitting at the bar. Very poor service

Felt very chilly inside. Customer service was phenom, the girl with the tattoos was on point. She made my day.
Not happy with the reinvest that the owners have. Site does not protect card holders, only uses swipe technology, no tap pay or chip pay. Not ok with that, modern tech for a modern world. Wifi was nonexistent

Food was great. Pizza was good. Italian hoagie was very good. The waitress was great. Only complaint would be the fact that the manager made us feel like he didn't want our business from the moment we walked in. We had a group of about 18 total. Half adults, half kids. He was not very friendly and seemed annoyed that we were there. Next time we are in town for a hockey tournament we will be sure to take our business elsewhere.

Great pizza and super cute aesthetic in the restaurant. Highly recommend the Super Pep Pizza! It was one of the best pepperoni pizzas I’ve ever had! Although we waited between a half hour to an hour for our food to come out, it was worth the wait.
