This is a great restaurant for those looking for a good pizza or perhaps you are in a group with friends who have dietary restrictions or want something other than pizza - this place has a ton of options! We’re talking vegan options so you can build-your-own vegan pizza, salads, tacos, hoagies, queso, etc. They also have a great beer menu, which does include local brews from local breweries. The service here is friendly, quick, and attentive. There is a lot of space for large groups and small booths and tables for smaller parties, like couples, who are looking for a chill place to relax. I couldn’t believe they even offered tempeh and vegan cheese for those who are vegan! I built my own pizza (pictured) and yes, it was a fully vegan pizza. The flavors were bold and delicious! My husband didn’t get a vegan pizza, and he absolutely loved his pizza, too. I highly recommend this location/restaurant! I really do think most people would enjoy the place!

The best pizza place in the city. Very pricey and they frequently mess up online orders because all of the options aren’t listed.

We chose this location to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday per her request. We usually have no issues, however this visit was highly disappointed. We dined in around lunch time and the majority of the dining room was empty. We were greeted in a timely manner, however that was the most attentiveness we were shown during our visit. Our drinks remained empty majority of our visit, my daughter found a hair wrapped around one of her Cloud 9 wings-- we had to flag down our server while she was chatting with other coworkers to which she didn't even apologize, she just made a face and went back to the kitchen with the wings. 10 minutes after the incident, the manager approached and apologized and said he would take care of it in which our server immediately brought our check . Our check still had the wings on it, but by this point I was fed up with the lack of professionalism and just wanted to get out of the restaurant so we paid and left. I have followed up via feedback form however I have not heard back from anyone. What was supposed to be an exciting celebration turned out to be lack-luster at best. We love Mellow Mushroom, however in the future we will make the drive to Wilder,KY and avoid this location.
So, we went and did pickup and returned to hotel. It was ok. Not bad, good ingredients, but it didn't make me go OMG.

Update....it has been some time since we have been and honestly we were a bit disappointed. The calzone was missing flavor. I couldn't even tell it had sausage on it. I am just hoping it was an off day for them.

I came in just to try their pizza and ordered the one called Great White. Honestly, it was out of this world flavorful, fresh, and definitely one of the better pizzas I’ve had in a while. That said, the price felt a bit steep at $24 for a medium, especially with so many other options out there. It also took about 35 minutes to be ready, which is longer than I expected. Still, the quality of the pizza was impressive. I think it deserves 4 stars. I might go back, I might not—it really depends on the mood and budget.
