Milk Jar West Chester

Disappointed. We are from out of town and placed and paid for our order online. Upon arrival after 12:30pm the store was closed. Doors locked, no sign indicated hours of operation or that they would be closed. Their phone doesn’t have voicemail available so no message was able to be left. The website should NOT have allowed us to place/pay for an order if they were closed. Now, we are concerned that we will not get reimbursed. Caution: Make sure they’re open before you place an online order.

A nice rolled ice cream and tea restaurant. Provides a cozy atmosphere and plenty of comfortable seating. The prices are not too bad. When we visited the service was just ok, but my daughter enjoyed it enough to say she would like to return in the future. Check it out if you are in the mood for se milk tea or ice cream!

It was great but they told us to wait 20 mins for boba which I happily agreed to but the boba turned out to be very hard and chewy. Then, I got a horrible stomachache which was a result from the drink.My drink that I always order tasted different and unsweetened. I always order here and it just seemed very out of the ordinary. Also, I ended up spending $47 on two drinks and rolled ice cream.

I have been looking for a good quality boba tea place and this is the place. They use real taro paste instead of the powder which is richer in flavor and honestly the price is pretty good. All around a chill nice place to sip some boba and relax. I got the dirty milk boba and she got the yummy taro with lychee jelly

I was a big fan of Milk Jar. I went there almost every day for 2 years. But unfortunately, I can't justify going there anymore. The Tea is great, but the amount of Bubbles are just criminal compared to all other stores. The prices increased but the Bubbles decreased. Not worth it for almost $8 a drink.

This place is So So Sweet!!
The drinks are delightful and delicious!

I dont exactly have any complaints but I do have a request or suggestion... I would Love to see more pictures of the actual products and drinks you have instead of generic art on the wall.

The wall menu is lovely to look at (I wish my hand writing was that clean!) but the drink descriptions dont adequately describe the drinks to a first-timer. (We did so much googling haha)

The beverages are practically art, I think it would relieve your bariatas if you had a laminated example sheet by your register with one or two pictures of each type of drink and a bit more detail. Perhaps you could even add a featured drink in the future and advertise it on your social media.

I am also hoping that in the summer you could be allowed to add a few seats outside.

Parking: Parking is in a plaza which is often crowded. Accessible parking is not a guarantee. Entrance separated by concrete median and pass through. Cross from the parking lot with caution.

Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance is a bit tight next to the counter, limited seating, but the 3 low tables can accommodate a wheelchair. Maneuvering during peak hours would be challenging.

Went to get sushi and thought, let's get Boba while we're at it. I got the Jasmine green milk tea, with popping mango and lychee jelly, topped with the foam. It was delicious. It's a cute little place to grab a great cup of boba.

My go-to bubble tea place. Authentic ingredients and superior quality. I haven’t been able to find jasmine and oolong tea that matches this level anywhere in the midwest. Both the milk teas and the non-milk teas are amazing, and the rolled ice cream is a hidden favorite. I cannot recommend this place more!
