Went to get sushi and thought, let's get Boba while we're at it. I got the Jasmine green milk tea, with popping mango and lychee jelly, topped with the foam. It was delicious. It's a cute little place to grab a great cup of boba.

Just kicking it out near the Voice of America running errands, I had a crazy craving for some Boba Tea, so I asked the receptionist at UC Health where I could go and she said, "right across the street at Milk Jar". Long story short, I had a Very Strawberry beverage with Strawberry pop Boba and it was the BOMB! Go get ya some!

My go-to bubble tea place. Authentic ingredients and superior quality. I haven’t been able to find jasmine and oolong tea that matches this level anywhere in the midwest. Both the milk teas and the non-milk teas are amazing, and the rolled ice cream is a hidden favorite. I cannot recommend this place more!

This place is So So Sweet!!The drinks are delightful and delicious!I dont exactly have any complaints but I do have a request or suggestion... I would Love to see more pictures of the actual products and drinks you have instead of generic art on the wall.The wall menu is lovely to look at (I wish my hand writing was that clean!) but the drink descriptions dont adequately describe the drinks to a first-timer. (We did so much googling haha)The beverages are practically art, I think it would relieve your bariatas if you had a laminated example sheet by your register with one or two pictures of each type of drink and a bit more detail. Perhaps you could even add a featured drink in the future and advertise it on your social media.I am also hoping that in the summer you could be allowed to add a few seats outside.Parking: Parking is in a plaza which is often crowded. Accessible parking is not a guarantee. Entrance separated by concrete median and pass through. Cross from the parking lot with caution.Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance is a bit tight next to the counter, limited seating, but the 3 low tables can accommodate a wheelchair. Maneuvering during peak hours would be challenging.

Walked in and the workers were sitting down and eating, they did not greet us or even take our order because Uber eats orders were stacking up, finally took our order after making the 3 Uber eats drinks and the worker seemed like the they didn't care.
My family and I have loved Milk Jar for the past couple years. Their quality and service has always been amazing! However, we were always really excited to get their amazing poke & are now very disappointed that they have discontinued the "meal" portion of their establishment. To the milk jar owners, PLEASE open up a poke place in West Chester we would love to support it!!

I'm so glad the West Chester area is FINALLY getting some boba spots!! Now is this the best bubble tea i've had? No.........; however the quality is decent and there are a ton of drink options to choose from along with the option to pick your sugar level. The store itself is also located in a convenient area, and now i can satisfy my boba cravings whenever I'm in town, which is a plus.
