Million's Crab | Seafood & Bar

Walked in. The lights were so dim, it looked closed. Server couldn’t handle 3 small tables including us so we had to wait awhile for drinks. A couple came in to be sat. Still waited forever. The place was trashed. My man went to the bathroom and said it was trashed as well. I like the music even though it was vulgar hip hop, it’s just not suitable for a family restaurant. Still got no service so we left. I’ve been in this industry as a server and bartender for 15 years, my boss would yoke us up. I deal with high volume and have higher expectations.. I guess. Place is ran down and poorly ran compared to what I experienced years ago.

I took my daughter there for Valentines day, and she absolutely loved it. Our waitress was kind, friendly and helpful..my suggestion for anyone looking to try some Cajun, you must go but make sure to make reservations ahead of time. I felt bad for others having to wait for atleast 15 mins or longer. Million's Crab is worth it!!

My husband and I ear here A LOT. November we came and they had a party of 15 and we stood at the door for 5 minutes waiting to be sat, which not a problem we understood so we waited. Kate sat us and was complaining, she stated “I have worked all day I just want to go home.” Which again I understand but to tell guest that is not a very good look. The party of 15 started arguing and physically fighting, the police even showed up, all the guest left after ordering a lot of food. We were still charged full price after a whole meal was ruined, we were “gifted” some fries that the party left and did not pay for. Last visit we were NOT told they are adding 15% tip to every check, and I had already tipped 20% in cash, I was NOT told, I had to ask the manager. They need to tell people when they drop the check - MAJOR red flag, and horrible service..
Today’s visit was horrible…. we waited to be sat for 5 minutes while Kate just keep looking at us but did not greet us or ask us to wait until I went to her… we ordered drinks and food, we always order the lunch special and she stated that they are not offering the lunch specials this month even though 1 week ago they posted their lunch specials on Instagram. She complained the whole time she attended us, “I am the only one here” “I just had surgery 3 days ago”, she even pointed at her cold sores around her mouth…
I verified our food order with her and our food still came out wrong. We were ready to pay and waited for her for another 5 minutes, we then went to the bar to pay and she was sitting at a booth eating.. mind you 3 tables of people waiting for her… the other tables were fed up as well. The food is always great, but for the price and service it is NOT worth it. I’d love to speak to the owner or the head manager…

Great food, extremely fast service, staff is wonderful. Really cool place.

Don't know about the food was completely ignored by the hostess we were waiting and people came in behind us and she asked them to check in and went back to sweeping. I said there is 2 of us and she said I was talking to them and left. Terrible place Don't waste your time

My husband and I visited late on a Saturday afternoon. It was pretty dead in the restaurant. We met with friends and were seated immediately. The waitress was friendly and attentive. We didn't wait too long for our food. Everything was delicious! We both had seafood in a bag. I had crab legs and shrimp with potatoes and Cajun seasoning. It had so much flavor. Everyone was really happy with their meal. I can't wait until the next time. I forgot to get pictures, but I will update the next time we go.

Horrible experience made me sick eggs were weirdly colored and the crab was so questionable I didn’t even want to eat it. Never go here

Omg ! Best place to eat great seafood! Not to mention Katie the Waitress, host, bartender and Whatever else position she holds is oh sooooo dope! Everytime I come she's in great spirits and so Friendly! I look forward to to her being my waitress everytime!! Best Ever!! Most definitely love her

I come here often alone, but this time I came in with 2 of my friends and we had an amazing time! My server Elena was super kind and extremely helpful to my friend ordering off the menu for the first! Our food came out super quick, Hot, and delicious! The music was such a vibe and the cheese cake was great! My friends said they can’t wait to come back with me! Totally worth it! 11.11.24

This was my second visit. The first visit was great, my birthday. Don't know what happened but the service was not great. In their defense, they were short-handed. My son wanted to go for his birthday. There were two couples ahead of us waiting to be seated. It was not crowded. The couples told us they had been waiting a while. It took 15 minutes to be seated. Then, another 15 minutes to get our drink order. The drink menu was limited because it would take too long to make certain drinks. Some drinks on the menu weren't available. Many more people came, and some left before being seated. Guess the wait was too long. We ordered an appetizer and entrée. The appetizer came very quickly and told the entrée was ready and the cook gets mad if the entrée doesn't come out also. The food was great but really disappointed when we saw people who came after us getting the drinks we were denied. Don't know what happened this day, but I might not go back. Saturday Nov 9th

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE IT MADE ME SICK!! They served us green eggs and crab that didn’t seem right. Fast forward a few hours later with food poisoning throwing all of this up. The food, the service, the atmosphere was all very off putting and I will NEVER go there again. I honestly think this establishment needs to be shut down. They also take your upon themselves to tip 20% without asking like..
