P.F. Chang's

My husband was looking forward to celebrating his birthday at P.F. Chang's. We had not been there in a year and he was looking forward to Chinese food. To mix it up, he opted to dine at the West Chester location instead of the Rookwood location we typically visit. Upon our arrival, the lack of patronage was our first clue something was off. The second clue was the lack of cleanliness - dirty floors and tables in the dining room made us feel uneasy about the areas we could not see. Service was also extremely slow, which was surprising given the sum of all diners at the time was in the single digits. We were parched while waiting for water and had to request basic table service when our appetizer arrived. Disappointment continued with our entrees. The quality of the food has plummeted and our meals were rated fair at best. Ready to leave, we requested our check and had to wait yet again as our server was hoping we'd order dessert. Finally, there was no recognition of the birthday we were celebrating, which was duly noted on our reservation. Needless to say, we won't be back.

We had a terrible experience with our first server. After over 30 min. of being seated, we had water, no drinks we had ordered and no answer to our menu question. We asked to be moved. Right after we were moved to another servers section, the manager brought our drinks and answered our questions. They were terribly under staffed. We were seated in the bartender's section, so service was very slow. The lettuce wraps were very good, as was the beef ala Szechuan (which isn't on the menu). The rest of our meal was very disappointing. My 10 year old granddaughter's comment was, “I guess you have to go to a cheap Chinese restaurant to get good orange chicken. “

The food is always perfect! Our server did a great job and the kitchen prepared the food quickly. However, we were very impressed during this visit due to the Manager working very hard to deliver the food and accommodate guests. This isn't something you see everyday.

Our food was cooked to perfection; the waiter was extremely nice and attentive. All around our experience was great.

Our server was Lauren and she was fantastic!! I had never been there before so I had several questions about the different dishes and she couldn't have been nicer or more patient. I will definitely be back!!

LAURYN WAS A FANTASTIC WAITRESS! VERY FRIENDLY, WELCOMED US TO PF CHANG’S, ASKED IF WE HAD ANY Q, EXPLAINED THE MENU CHOICES WE WERE CONSIDERING EXTENSIVELY, MADE SOME SUGGESTIONS, VERY PROMPT WITH OUR ORDERS, CHECKED ON US APPROPRIATELY. DEFINITELY AN ASSET TO THE BUSINESS.

Awful from the moment we arrived. The hostess barely acknowledged us. When we followed her to our table we were told the server wasn't there yet. We said we weren't in any hurry, no worries but could we please sit. No, (male front of the house) manager walked us back to front of house. Refused to sit us (guess it's policy BUT he could have sat us and offered us waters while we waited) reservation was at 445 there was hardly anyone there. When we finally were sat, our waitress was flustered, disorganized & got our drinks wrong, then got our meals wrong, & half the table was served most of what they ordered a full 15-20 minutes before the rest. Sides and refills were missing. At some point a female manager took over and really tried to make things right. I didn't get her name but she was the ONLY good thing about this restaurant. Even the food was poor quality stringy overcooked chicken. Your hole in the wall Chinese restaurant offers much better quality /experience for a fraction of the price. We will never go back.

Not up to the quality as in the past. Portions seemed off...didn't taste or look as appealing and some portions were less than generous.

lyndsay was the best bartender! she was so knowledgeable, fun, and attentive!!!

Karina is the best and greatest waitress EVER!.. if you need something she’s the girl to make sure the table is happy

Jordyn was our server and she was fantastic!! Loved her bright smile, friendly personality and attention to detail, she made sure our food came out hot with enough time to enjoy our appetizers, our entire meal was amazing, great atmosphere, very clean- thank you Jordyn and staff!

First it didn't taste like it usually tastes.
Second we ordered the regular/dinner size but it was smaller than the regular/dinner size we only got one regular size
We are very disappointed, the Booths

We have been eating at PF Changs for many years and have loved their food. However, the last 3 times I have eaten there it has become very obvious that they have changed their dishes drastically probably due to cost cutting. The vegetarian lettuce wraps used to be my favorite. Now they have changed them to a starchy glob where you can’t even taste the tofu and there’s no flavor. Same with the other tofu dishes. The sauces have changed too, they taste like sugar water. It’s really sad.
