Karina is the best and greatest waitress EVER!.. if you need something she’s the girl to make sure the table is happy
Karina made our visit worthwhile. Very sweet young lady.
The manager Jordan was so sweet. He made sure we had a great experience!
Jordyn was our server and she was fantastic!! Loved her bright smile, friendly personality and attention to detail, she made sure our food came out hot with enough time to enjoy our appetizers, our entire meal was amazing, great atmosphere, very clean- thank you Jordyn and staff!
First it didn't taste like it usually tastes.
Second we ordered the regular/dinner size but it was smaller than the regular/dinner size we only got one regular size
We are very disappointed, the Booths
We have been eating at PF Changs for many years and have loved their food. However, the last 3 times I have eaten there it has become very obvious that they have changed their dishes drastically probably due to cost cutting. The vegetarian lettuce wraps used to be my favorite. Now they have changed them to a starchy glob where you can’t even taste the tofu and there’s no flavor. Same with the other tofu dishes. The sauces have changed too, they taste like sugar water. It’s really sad.
Waiter was awful, he disappeared and didn't bring my salad out. Took an hour to eat lunch when there was hardly anybody in the place.
Danielle was awesome, so personable and friendly!
The brown rice they served was not properly cooked

I was a bit disappointed in the food and service this night. It seems like our server was a bit overwhelmed. The drinks we ordered were incorrect. Including the smoky whisky one for the spouses. It came out as on the rocks no frill no thrill not anything like the menu. Not to mention we got appetizers before we even got water and sweet tea. I did see she has spilled a tray of drinks so I was trying to be patient and offer grace . But she set down a hot tea pot, no cup. One water and those whisky drinks. None of which was good. I don't know how the tea was because I didn't get to drink it but 20 minutes into the appetizer. The 2 appetizers were ordered at the same time. Only one came out. By the time the second came out we were able to ask for plates. We waited an additional 5 minutes to get those. The second app was missing the sauce so we waited an additional 5 minutes just to get that. So all was cold by the time we were able to eat. I won't discuss the Chang's spicy chicken that came out with cold white rice and chewy stick to your teeth chicken. At that point, I sent that back- Other couple was done eating by the time we got hot fresh Changs spicy chicken. Desert was good but we were over the whole experience at that point. Our reservation was at 7, we didn't leave until after 9 and that was not by our choice. Probably not going back to this location any time soon.
This location has been on a down slide for awhile but this was the worst visit ever. The food was not good and the service was mediocre at best. Really disappointed. I guess we will be taking all locations off our list now. Rookwood fell off years ago.
Our service Kelly was great, she made sure to take care of us during our dining experience!
Second time in a row that it took ~30 min to get service. The table next to us was seated after we were, and received their appetizers before us. At that moment, we got up and left.
My husband and I went to PF Chang‘s to celebrate his 75th birthday on Saturday 1/25/25. The food and service was good, the waitress was wonderful. We had asked for a booth but was told they were reserved. We were looking forward to a relaxing, pleasant dinner. However, the music they were playing was geared to a younger crowd with a lot of annoying base. I was ready to jump out of my skin by the time we left. I noticed the manager on the way out and expressed my concern about the choice of music and that it wasn't conducive to that kind of restaurant. He simply said “I'm sorry you feel that way“ and turned his back. I'm not sure if he was not trained, not experienced, or immature. Regardless, it's not likely that we will be back again for that reason. It was a missed opportunity for the manager to make us feel better about our experience, but he chose not to and that's what we will remember.
