Beware! They cannot refund you if your order is wrong or incomplete. Went through the drive thru and returned home with my order to find it was incomplete. I called Jay the manager perhaps at the time. She said sorry, but I needed to call the customer service number for a refund. After 15 minutes with a non English speaker I was sent a coupon for a free plate that is good only online or on the app of which I use neither. Oh and it's only good for 30 days. I would 100% check and open every container before driving off because it's all on you if it wrong.

I ordered the Black Pepper Steak, and they literally gave me only 3 tiny pieces of steak. The rest was just vegetables and sauce. What a ripoff. For the price they charge, you’d expect at least a decent portion of meat. Very disappointing.

2nd time this week y’all trying to kill me. I order Chicken/mushrooms, orange chicken (not spicy) and chow mein. Y’all gave me beef and broccoli and spicy what taste like Tso chicken for both meals and clearly that was not ordered. Another time same order y’all gave me kong pow chicken and it had peanuts!!! And spicy which I can’t have either and did not order. Y’all are horrible
Worse experience I have ever had, half the staff could barely speak English and it took me 10 minutes to get an answer that they don’t have sweet in low or equal or Splenda for the unsweet tea they serve and even though I told them explicitly that I couldn’t have sugar they kept insisting I mix a little sweet tea with the unsweet tea to make it sweet and that was the male manager….
