I had a disappointing experience at the drive-through on Friday around 8 PM. I was asked to repeat my order many times even though I was speaking clearly. I’ve lived in the U.S. for 10 years and communicate in English daily at work without issues, so this felt unnecessary and uncomfortable.
It made me feel like I was being treated differently because of my accent. I hope management can provide better training on respectful communication and serving customers from diverse backgrounds.

Shoutout to this Panda Express for redefining what a mobile order means. I placed my order ahead of time, then stood in line for over an hour watching every single person who walked in after me get their food and leave. Meanwhile, the staff just stared at me like I was part of the décor.
No explanation. No acknowledgment. Just vibes. If the goal was to make me question my life choices while waiting for orange chicken, mission accomplished. Maybe don’t offer mobile ordering if you’re going to completely ignore it.

It’s about 3 times I’ve ordered a 12 piece Rangoon they forget it every time they don’t pick up calls and DoorDash never does anything the food has also been tasting like shit and the portion I get for the price I pay EVERY TIME is absurd. Very very little food, workers also do not tie ur bags for DoorDash? Are yall serious? Please get better workers
