I’ve been coming here for weeks for the sip club and I accidentally mobile ordered a drink to the complete wrong location. They refused to honor my sip club at this location or just give me a fountain cup. This is something so small and could’ve been resolved simply but they had ZERO customer service and said to go get my drink at the location I ordered across town. Drive through lady on Saturday 0/10 for everything.
10/17: Update: Manager Matt helped with an issue I had and he was super friendly and helpful.

Complaint Regarding Today’s Meal
Dear Panera Team,
I have always enjoyed Panera because of the fresh and high-quality meals you provide, and I usually order with great confidence. However, today I was very disappointed to receive a meal that contained old avocado.
This experience was quite upsetting and not what I have come to expect from Panera. I kindly ask that more attention be given to the freshness of ingredients so that this does not happen again.

food is always good. today i picked up my food, said thank you, walked away…. then i heard one of the LOVELY workers behind me MIMICKING my “thank you” in a smart high pitched voice. next time i just won’t say thank you at all. i’ll just tell them to get back to work. do better with employees.

I’ve been coming to Panera for years, and I usually have a great experience, but today was really upsetting. The cashier, Jacob, was rude in a way that felt completely unnecessary. I just asked to switch the cheese on a kids’ meal—something I’ve done before without any problem—and he acted like I was asking for something impossible.
Then, he tried to charge me double for the order, which added to the confusion and frustration. I’m not sure if there was some miscommunication, but the way he spoke to me honestly made me feel belittled and unwelcome.
I love Panera and I hate that this experience left me feeling this way. I hope management sees this and helps make sure other customers don’t have to go through something like this.

I get the pick 2 deal. It's still around $10 per person, but the food is always made fresh, and they are always friendly here!

Just ordered the new rustic potato soup because a friend was FaceTiming be showing me this cheesy potato soup with bacon in it and hearty and cheesy looking.
I just left this location which was not the same and got the opposite, pure water consistency, less than 10 specs of potatoes in a bowl, and no sign of bacon. Obviously it was prepared incorrectly and the person putting my order together did not care what they were serving me especially at that price of 8.50 for a bowl.
Half a piece of bacon on each side, 1 slice of tomato on each side and a bunch of mixed greens. It also had stray onion which does not come on the basil tomato blt at all. Definitely not worth 12.99. My husband got the avocado chicken blt and didn't get avocado. Definitely not up to par with surrounding restaurants.

So disappointed! Had a breakfast sandwich there yesterday.. I can’t get my sausage well done? It as tasteless btw .. First breakfast sandwich & the last. Actually bout to be the last for Panera altogether..Did y’all know tht u are in the top 10 of rip offs!?? Well thts what I got yesterday. A choose two sandwich the size of my palm & brown lettuce for the ranch Cobb salad which is supposed to have feta cheese & I saw a sprinkle of it!!!

Mindy had a really bad attitude! If she were my employee, she would be replaced! A very unwelcoming attitude.
Im a very god customer of Panera Bread This morning The person who was taking my order was very rude, she start with a very bad actitud since the beginning and she yielded at me because she didn't hear what type of bread I want and she didn't want to walk two steps to see what bread I want so if Panera Bread employees are not happy working with customers !!! I don't understand why they are doing there .. she is a very lazy woman and rude and of course I will I never going to buy anything at that At this location

For some reason someone decided to sub yellow onion for red for the picked red onions, as well as for the 3rd visit I’ve received a completely inedible rock hard avocado.
