Panera Bread

Panera is usually fine, but the order ahead experience is really frustrating. The app will say the order is ready, but when I get there it’s often not, and I end up waiting anyway. That kind of defeats the whole point of ordering ahead. The food is okay and consistent, but the timing and pickup process definitely need improvement.

I asked for a sandwich with avocado on the picture you can see avocado slices, but the sandwich has only tiny green color, the coffee was watery and when I add the sugar it taste moldy. The restroom is nasty, either brown spots on the walls. The manager was not very happy when i mentioned about the restrooms, he turn his face away and walk away. Horrible experience

PSA - Make sure you check the ingredients on all your items before leaving with a pickup order. First of all, let’s be real…$13 for a pretty small salad is not a great ROI to begin with..but I ordered the Balsamic salad with grains. I didn’t customize or anything and still didn’t receive a single piece of grains or any avocado. Again..shame on me for not inspecting the salad, but for $13, I don’t feel like I should have to.

We went there in the winter time and found flies buzzing around the food on the counter. Not sure where flies were coming from in 24 degree weather. . .

I usually prefer Panera Bread sandwiches which is perfectly good for me and it's fast to digest, also they make good muffins (I usually take Blueberry)
So, overall they perfect and quality food.

Picked up lunch to take to my daughter at work, she’s a nurse, kind of on a time crunch.. we were in and out in no time. When we walked in there were 4 ppl ahead of us in line and that concerned me.. but they were very efficient and had us through order taking in no time.. and by the time I had finished getting the drink cup filled, they were calling our name for our food. Daughter had a great lunch, without any work/time issues!! We love Panera Bread!!

Their food and drinks are normally good quality, but it is expensive for what you get.
Mistakes do happen sometimes as well, so make sure you check that everything is correct before leaving.

The food was absolutely fresh and delicious. MGMT was nice there was one thing wrong with my order and he went above and beyond to make it right. That was so awesome. This location is the best in the city!

They didn’t have a baguette when I went and I was a little pissed because I really wanted a baguette and I drove all the way over there just for them to be out

It was close to closing time and we were greeted with a smile and very good service. Lack of photos because we Didn’t want to hold the people cleaning up But the sandwich soup were Great as always

Very poor experience on Saturday April 19th ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches one with double bacon but received no bacon on either breakfast sandwich both poorly prepared. This was my take out order, had I eaten in I would have definitely returned both sandwiches

Ordered lunch, when it was delivered to the wrong address they told me they would remake my order and send it back out. Two hours later when no order has shown up I call them again to be stuck with a hold signal and unable to get through. The app online only offered me a $2 refund?? Had to call the 1-800 number to get help and even they couldn't give me just a normal refund because they would have to get a hold of someone at the store for it.
