Delicious and I love it here.
It was close to closing time and we were greeted with a smile and very good service. Lack of photos because we Didn’t want to hold the people cleaning up But the sandwich soup were Great as always
Very poor experience on Saturday April 19th ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches one with double bacon but received no bacon on either breakfast sandwich both poorly prepared. This was my take out order, had I eaten in I would have definitely returned both sandwiches
Ordered lunch, when it was delivered to the wrong address they told me they would remake my order and send it back out. Two hours later when no order has shown up I call them again to be stuck with a hold signal and unable to get through. The app online only offered me a $2 refund?? Had to call the 1-800 number to get help and even they couldn't give me just a normal refund because they would have to get a hold of someone at the store for it.
We asked the cashier if the tomato soup had onion because of a severe onion allergy. She asked the manager to confirm it did not. My husband had a feeling that that was untrue so he looked online. He then showed the manager AND the general manager who was there that in fact had onions. They denied it still and in fact turned their backs and refused to further acknowledge him.
I went to the front and requested a manager. Unbeknownst to me she was the one ignoring me. When I asked the other person he pointed at her! Then she said if I wanted a refund I'd have to get back in the long line and wait. Never an apology for almost killing someone. Or even being wrong. We will NEVER go back. Everyone of these managers should be fired.
The food did get. Tasteless, soggy, and gross.

We ordered French dipper. The sandwich is all bread with little meat. Several bites had no meat. Go to Arby's if you want a French dip

Well, I just spent $22.78 for a soup and salad and I asked for no chicken and I got 15 miles down the highway heading home and noticed my salad was full of chicken. Disappointed the order wasn’t right given how much money I spent. I did not have the time to go back. Just disappointed. They are generous with their chicken, so there was too much to pick it out.Bonnie

Second time I went I ordered a mac and cheese and a kids grilled cheese to go. They ended up forgetting the snadwhich and when I recieved the mac n cheese there was a dead bug in it. I ended up calling them requesting a refund and said they would have it processed over the weekend. Its now b een about 2 weeks and I still have not recieved my refund. Overall very dissapointed and paritally disgusted.

How do you justify calling it a bread bowl when we have to cut and scoop the god damned thing out? I read the bread bowls were precut and ready to put the soup in on a pick up order. Not at this location, apparently.
Edited review…dropped to one star. Why? A chicken BBQ sandwich with barely any meat or cheese. I ordered bacon Mac and cheese and received regular Mac and cheese. Those are some expensive mistakes made at this location.

Unfortunately, this location is extremely dirty. They didn’t have one clean table out of the 20 that were open. We had to clean off the seat & table ourselves. The bathrooms were disgusting. The toilets hadn’t been cleaned, toilet paper on the floor, & hair all over the sink. We were disappointed with the customer service as well. We won’t come back to this location.
I have not been to Panera much lately. I thought it would be nice to grab a salad to go. However two ingredients were missing from my salad. Also the ice tea was rancid. It was so expensive and and was not worth the money. How disappointing

Southwest chicken salad was great. The “baguette” was not! In quotes because this was not baguette, even by Panera standards. Too fluffy, like generic bread from a grocery store. Panera typically has something pretty close to the baguettes in France. Not this time! I hope this was just at the Voice of America location & that Panera hasn’t changed its recipe.
