Out of multiple core ingredients, making it nearly impossible to order a sandwich without major modifications. Cafe was extremely dirty. Employees were disengaged, at best. Bathrooms were so bad that we went to a neighboring business to use theirs instead.

Our favorite at Panera bread is soup bowl, especially tomato soup bowl. We tried Cheddar broccoli soup also at different Panera location and it was kind of ok.You can try different soup bowls but after certain visit, the taste becomes monotonous. It’s good for experimenting purposes as serving soup in eatable bowl was a new experience.We tried Mediterranean sandwich, the taste was ok and felt it was overpriced.Overall okay experience.

Spend your money elsewhere. This was breathtaking in how little food you get for the amount you spend. Bought two teriyaki bowls, with water: $27.00. There wasn't $0.30 of rice between the two bowls and less chicken. This is my last trip to Panera and I'll tell everyone I meet the l to avoid it like the plague. The managers response was: "Well it's a measured portion." This is my measured response: "Never again"

I ordered. Salad and a Greek yogurt. And he salad only had the ends that are crunchy and no leafy greens (I personally don't like a salad filled with the bitter ends) the yogurt was definitely spoiled, I ate one bite and the taste hit me like a semi truck. My apple that came with the salad had very clear fingernail marks in it. Definitely not worth $18

For a place that calls itself "Panera," Spanish for "bread basket," the bread here really isn't very good. The piece of baguette I was served today was so dry and hard I could have used it to pound a nail into the table. When I asked for a replacement, I was told, "They're all like that," and was offered chips instead. My husband tried the chicken chipotle flatbread pizza (a new menu item since the last time we visited a Panera) and found it so distasteful that he left 3/4 of it on the plate. Too much sauce with too much artificial smoke flavor. And the apple he got was so mushy he refused to eat even the first bite. If the Creamy Tomato soup and Fuji Apple Chicken salad had not been good, I would have given this one star instead of two. I've eaten at Panera scores of times over the years in various locations, but I probably won't go back.

If the food is edible the order is typically wrong. It’s always missing something and the staff are not very friendly after realizing the mistake.
