Fast service. Food was ready when promised. Pizza was very good. Staff friendly and polite.

I would give a zero star review if I could. Messed up my $70 order, order included gluten free. Brought all regular pizzas. The delivery driver said they cannot send another driver to correct the order. Called on way to place new order, arrived to store and had to wait another 20 minutes because the incompetent employee put two pizzas on top of each other in the oven…..Entire event ended up being 30 plus minutes late and team had to eat cold pizza. Rude employees and offered no solution to THEIR mistake. All while 3 employees stand around doing nothing, so clearly were not busy

Pizza...
Just ordered and received our pizzas. Hardly any condiments and the pizza was slightly above room temperature. Basically we got crust. We will not order from this location again.

Food is already ready fast and they have plenty of workers at the busy times when needed. never had an issue with the consistency form this papa johns and will happily keep coming back.

The person who serves is simply rude, she threw the plates at me and turned around, when I asked for the manager she told me that there was no one, according to the receipt her name is Arminda... Terrible service

I placed an order 2 hours ago. Called at 11pm to check the status and they said it was out for delivery. Now I just received am email that the order was canceled. I am beyond angry.

Terrible place. Ordered 2 pizzas after all day at kings island. Ordered at 1046. They said 45 mins. No pizzas ever came and when we called ar 1136, no one would answer since they closed at 1130. Had 3 hungry teens horrible people and customer service!!!
