I walked in during late lunch hours when they still had a tapering lunch rush. There was a short wait to order which was fine with me even with the volume of customers they had in drive thru and parking lot. I ordered the grilled pork sandwich and a K-corndog with sweet chili sauce. Both were freshly made and tasted great and I didn’t have to wait long for the food. I think I was in and out, in about 10 minutes. Will be back again.

I was there 4/12/26 - Recently it must have changed from Paris Bahn Mi to Bowl Mi with a new owner i dont know and I can voucher it is amazing! My son had 2 corn dogs and the batter to him was just right and not overly sweet- He’s 14 and is very picky so I am surprised he was happy with what he ordered. I ordered the grilled shrimp Bowl and honestly at first I was like hmmm it looked liked it wasnt seasoned well and coated with enough sauce but it was grilled to perfection so no complaints there paired with the fried rice- which was light and not greasy, pickled cabbage, cucumbers, and lettuce it was so yummy, portion could be bigger than it will be a perfect. I recommend to try this place.

The sandwiches are out of this world. Perfectly balanced flavor with everything harmonizing together so every bite is just delicious. With good Banh Mi I always walk out feeling good about what I ate. This place felt healthy, light, delicious, and completely filling. I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu, but crispy roasted pork has phenomenal texture and mouth feel.

Jolie was great front of the house with my questions.

Robert, the owner, was in when I ate, and he treats people the right way. Personable and professional. Rooting for many more locations for him.

Many reviews on here are old from when it used to be Paris Bahn Mi & Bakery. Since the name change the staff has changed as well.

My last visit, I received an instant bowel flush from this place. I do not recommend any longer. I agree with the other reviewer regarding the Korean Corn Dog.

Besides the food, I personally witnessed the owner being verbally abusive and disrespectful to one of his workers in the parking lot by getting in her face & yelling at her.
He has zero respect for women!

Good food and their staff are usually friendly but...I went there today and their menu in-store says the K2 Korean corn dogs(which are amazing) were 5.99. I got charged 7.20 each. I brought it up and they said oh, that's an old menu. : /

Teas, smoothies, and rice bowls are all excellent. Sad that the pastries left with the rebranding, but it's still a great place to eat with fast service and a clean atmosphere.

We normally love the korean corn dogs but went to try their boba today. We got a paris by night latte (which was pretty good) and a lychee tea with boba. The price listed on the menu for the lychee tea was 5.99 (plus an extra $1 for the boba) but we were charged 7.99. When we asked about that, it sounded like the worker quickly made something up, she was looking at the computer for a while but then randomly said the prices went up but the menu wasn’t changed? The specialty drink was cheaper than a plain lychee tea which doesn’t really make sense. Obviously a dollar isn’t much but it just felt weird.

Additionally, she forgot to add the boba. When we asked for her to add it, she took our drink back and added some boba on top. It was barely any because she had already filled the cup with tea and it was just floating on the top. Unfortunately I was disappointed ):

The grill pork banh mi is very salty, but it not as bad as the attitude of a lady staff there.

The customer service bad, I order 16C1 , resquested to be toast and is not. I call in to let the manager or the owner know that is not satisfied, and they just hang up on my call.

I have visited this place many times and have always been very satisfied. The staff are usually friendly and cheerful. I personally have never encountered this staff member before. Normally, my orders are taken by two girls who wear glasses, and they are always very nice and friendly. However, this time there is a lady who look tall and thin. Her attitude was very rude to me, looked down on customers, and was disrespectful.

Food used to be great, but the last couple times I’ve had the grilled pork banh mi, the flavor was great, but the pork was all inedible fat. This was my favorite sandwich, and overall a banh mi probably still is… but their quality has faded.

Food was good but the portions were small for the price. Service was great.
Unless you are familiar with Vietnamese food, you may want to do your research before coming here. My daughter and I were excited to come here but, I don't think we'll be coming back. I wanted to try other menu items but after the initial cost, I didn't do it.
