Good food that is made correctly every time I've gone there. It's clean (except the floors seem a little sticky), and the customer service is really good. The cookies are amazing! Totally worth going there if you're looking for a good sandwich.

Misty is/was amazing! hands down best customer service ever. Definitely went above and beyond knowing I was heading out of town and had a long drive home. They were on top of making sure everyone was taken care of. I hope she’s valued because she’s definitely a keeper. Thank you for the amazing service.

You can taste the hate! Avoid this location. Everyone was not happy and didn't care if the customer knew. Sorry I came in. 😭
Asked for the special and the man taking my order was very short and rude. Didn't know I needed to request lemonade with the man. The next girl took my money and then told me I couldn't get lemonade because it was an upgrade.
Asked for fries well done when I ordered. My sandwich was done for a while. Watched the girl cook fries, raised them out of the grease left them for 5 minutes. Then put them under the heat lamp, gave fries to the person behind me, then made more fries, raised them up. Bagged up the cold, not well done fries and gave them to me, then dumped warm fries in the warmer. Epic fail !!!
Worst experience! Don't waste your time or money.
Sorry I came in. Will not happen again.

Order online. Order what's supposed to be ready at 1:54. I got there at 1:55 and she hadn't even made a frirs. Took 5 min. Fries were overcooked and sandwiches were cold. Both sandwiches had hardly any meat and cheese. Mine was missing ingredients. Will never eat there again.

Why is my sandwich always wrong? Why are the sandwiches never consistent in quality and being made incorrectly! Very Frustrated! Today I am actually mad! I have no lunch now!

The past three times we’ve been in we’ve been met with cold attitudes from the shift lead. While the lower tiered staff is always kind, the evening lead at this location is rude and clearly expresses his dislike for customers having the audacity to eat at this location. The most recent time we walked in and he yelled “WE DON’T HAVE FRIES” as we were attempting to order, despite the fact that there were a ton of potatoes visible and it was nearly 2 hours before close. Clearly there is not a positive leader at this store who plans ahead for evening shift, and the rest of the employees are left to deal with the awkward situations the shift lead creates due to his poor attitude and negligence.

Made EXACTLY to order!! My favorite Penn Station Location. There were mature adult men working here, and they listened to my order and got it perfect. That means a LOT to me. I WILL return!!
