Why is my sandwich always wrong? Why are the sandwiches never consistent in quality and being made incorrectly! Very Frustrated! Today I am actually mad! I have no lunch now!

The drive thru window is slow.

I like PS but this one was lacking. Food tasted old/like a dirty grill. Ate it but wasn't thrilled I did.

Love Penn Station but they were closed today for labor day.😪

Always trying to close over an hour early and not have fries available just unacceptable and lazy.

The past three times we’ve been in we’ve been met with cold attitudes from the shift lead. While the lower tiered staff is always kind, the evening lead at this location is rude and clearly expresses his dislike for customers having the audacity to eat at this location. The most recent time we walked in and he yelled “WE DON’T HAVE FRIES” as we were attempting to order, despite the fact that there were a ton of potatoes visible and it was nearly 2 hours before close. Clearly there is not a positive leader at this store who plans ahead for evening shift, and the rest of the employees are left to deal with the awkward situations the shift lead creates due to his poor attitude and negligence.

Made EXACTLY to order!! My favorite Penn Station Location. There were mature adult men working here, and they listened to my order and got it perfect. That means a LOT to me. I WILL return!!

There's more meat in a lunchable and you won't have to wait 20 minutes for it. Employees arguing. This place is chaotic and DIRTY

Got there right at open. Took 5 minutes for someone to take my order. Took another 5 for the lady running the register to adjust her apron while I stood there waiting to pay. No ice in the pop machine and the pop tasted flat. Fries came out soggy but I didn't notice until I was back at work so they're a lost cause.

I understand that I got there right at open, but it was obvious that the employees were not ready to work. The oil for the fries wasn't hot yet, which is why they were soggy. It was obvious when the lady dropped the basket of fries and nothing sizzled. Nobody was motivated to work. It was 11:00 on a Friday morning, not 6 am on a Saturday. Penn Station is good, but not at this location. Save yourself the aggravation and money. Go to McDonald's across the street. Atleast you get what you pay for there and usually expect shitty service.

The bread was flaky and tasted stale. The steak was kind of dried out as well.

I live closest to this one but will drive to a further one. Used to be better. This past year, they have young people running the store. Slow and poor attitudes.

I wasn't acknowledged upon entrance and had to wait for my food to be prepared although I placed an online order. Just in case you're wondering.. I arrived 15 minutes AFTER the estimated time of the food being ready. The associate wasn't welcoming at all in any way!

Every time I come in here, I ask for my sandwich East Coast style and the person taking the order does not understand what you are asking for! Very annoying to get your sandwich and It is not the way you told them you wanted it?.
