Penn Station East Coast Subs

I asked for light banana peppers. Please refer to the photo as to how many banana peppers I received. Me and my partner both agreed that at 6:20 on may 17th was the worst penn station we have ever eaten. Both our sandwiches tasted awful. This location is usually amazing. Whatever cook working at that time, needs to be re trained.

Not much for atmosphere, but I wasn't expecting much for this kind of casual fast food place. My cheeseteak and fries (with malt vinegar of course) were delicious. Parking lot is big and right near the entrance. Had the unsweetened iced tea with a splash of the sweet tea. Sheesh! still so sweet. Dumped it out and went with unsweetened iced tea.

Outside lights real bad, place looked closed

Apparently getting a phone replaced is too much work for this location as the phones have been having issues for months and as a result you cannot call in and place an order.

If the owner is too cheap to properly manage his store he should shut it down.

Ordered a big takeout order for training class and it was all awesome. 10 philly cheese steaks with everything and medium fries. Everyone was happy.

It is WHODEY24 Tuesday and you can’t place an online order!! They sure weren’t prepared for all the orders coming their way today!! I come to Penn Station regularly without a deal but this may change my mind when looking for a place to eat.

Penn Station isnt what it used to be. Sandwiches used to be good, Juicy . Now they are dry no taste. Didn't run the food though an oven thing that drys them out.

Ordered on Uber Eats. Indicated in the notes that I wanted ketchup, vinegar, and salt for the fries. Received cold, soggy fries with none of the requested condiments. Bummer.

I love this place I drive from Lebanon Ohio here when I want to say they know to make a subs nice flavor juicey mmmmmmmmmm wonderfully job

These ppl are really good each and every single worker is good i come here pretty often I love these guys they make the food fresh 24/7 there nice and there always on time with the orders
