Pizza Hut

New to the area so I decided to pick up dinner tonight. They were out of wings, which was fine. It happens, I guess. Service not so great. Felt rushed and the cashier was on FaceTime as I placed my order so I had to repeat myself a couple of times. Also, she wouldn’t let me give her my phone number to receive the rewards points. Overall the pizza was fine but the service made me not want to come back. I know it’s just Pizza Hut, but figured I’d share my experience/thoughts.

This Pizza Hut saved the day for me. After 2 horrible experiences with dominos that both resulted in no food, this Pizza Hut pulled through. The gentleman on the phone was so very polite and kind and the pizza was right on time. Both the food and the breadsticks were great. Thank you!!

The second time experience rudeness in tgat shop. Its terrible.

Pizzabwas hot but breadsticks and cinistixs weren't. Store was dead silent with what looked like 1 person working

I went in today, Sunday the 20th, at approx 5:55PM. I asked for a menu and the Indian girl at the counter, who refused to give me her name after I called to ask, just pointed at the wall. I asked for a supreme pizza with extra cheese. She informed me that they were out of that particular sausage.

I asked if she could just substitute the extra cheese, which is a lot cheaper, for the sausage. She said no that it’s different and would cost me another $2.25 even though they didn’t have all of the toppings that are supposed to come on the pizza I ordered.

I asked again if she couldn’t do the sausage, why not just sub the extra cheese and I won’t worry about the sausage. She was EXTREMELY rude and told me that’s not how it works and that she has to charge me extra no matter what. I told her that she was way too rude for me and I walked out.

I called twice to inquire her name but no one, including her, would give it to me. I asked for a manager and she told me she is one of the managers. That’s sad. She was a short Indian girl, India type Indian, not Native American. She hung up on me twice after yelling and cursing at me on the phone. She said she can’t give me her name because she doesn’t know why I want it. I told her because I was doing a review.

This is the first time in probably 10 years that I’ve been to a Pizza Hut. If I ever do go back, which is doubtful, it would never be to that store. Also, you can barely read the reprinted menus on the wall. This place is not nice in any way at all. Being treated that way was extremely unacceptable.

I’ve been in customer service for 30+ years and if one of my employees treated anyone like she treated me, they would be gone. There was no excuse for the rudeness in the store and definitely no excuse for yelling and cursing at me over the phone when I was only trying to get her name.

I gave the time and day that I was there and she shouldn’t be difficult to locate. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had since I can remember. She doesn’t belong dealing with paying customers. She has no clue what good customer service is.

And if you read my reviews, I review all of the great experiences I have as well. Not just the crazy uncalled for ones like this one with whatever her name is. She was so extremely rude that I may take this up the chain.

I ordered my pizza today at 8:13 Pm. The lady / manager who took my order was rude and rushing me over the phone. Terrible customer service, Not very professional!! I don’t recommend this place.

I recently ordered a large stuffed crust cheese pizza from Pizza Hut, and it was a terrible experience. The pizza tasted like it had been microwaved, with a rubbery and unappetizing texture. It was drenched in oil, making it overly greasy and far from fresh. Overall, the quality and flavor were severely lacking, leaving me very disappointed. Will not eat here ever again. Weird customer service at the register. Just kept staring and not saying a word, rather pointing to the options and not speaking

Since new owner or employees came to westchester pizza hut place, food quality is much better, good customer service..

Vegetarian options: New caramelized onions, garlic and roasted pepper toping is great option.

Fairly nice people, but they mess up a lot… which I could actually live with if they weren’t upcharging for things, and then forgetting them. Paid extra for pan crust, didn’t get it. Got 1 out of my 3 pizzas folded in half… and that’s just this time. lol again lovely people! For customer service, 4 stars! But they’ve gotta pay more attention.

The store did not honor the $12.00pizza special.
