Recently I ordered pizza from this store and when it never arrived I called only to be told that I wouldn't be getting a pizza because they had run out of supplies. Really?! When I asked why no one had notified me, they had no answer. Tonight I ordered again and received a call that they did not have one of the items that I ordered and would they like me to substitute. I was told my pizza would be leaving the store in just a few minutes. An hour later I called the store to find out where my pizza was and was told it had just been picked up by DoorDash and would be to me soon. To call back if I didn't have it in 15 minutes. I waited 40 minutes and called back to say I still didn't have it and was then told that DoorDash in fact had not yet picked it up. But that they could not cancel the order or credit the order because it was in the DoorDash system at this point. While on the phone I received a text from DoorDash saying my pizza would arrive in 30 minutes. So the pizza came out of the oven at 6:40 and I would have it by 830. When I told the girl on the phone she said there was nothing she could do about it. And that they could only give me a store credit and not refund my purchase. I texted the DoorDash delivery person to ask if they were in fact delivering the pizza as their text has stated. He said no that Pizza Hut had canceled it. Just now I received a text from Pizza Hut that my order had been delivered. Of course it has not. When did this become rocket science! Thankful for so many other choices in my area.

I would like to actually get what I ordered (completely wrong pizza) and not have to wait 30 minutes after the stated pick up time. This is my third bad experience in a row here

The only reason I’m giving this 2 stars is because when i called about my pizza being burnt and cold they gave me a 10 dollar credit… we’ll see how it goes the next time i order…

Appreciate the manager. We got forwarded to a call center that couldn't do a dual payment with gift card and credit card. She wiped our gift card and passed us on to the store who couldn't get it back. The manager worked with us. It was a busy Sunday and I'm sure they were understaffed. The delivery took a little bit but wasn't overly long. The pizzas could have used a little longer in the oven but we appreciate this location for doing pretty good by us.

Pizza was way undercooked, and was cold on delivery. had to put it in our over for an additional 10 minutes before the dough was actually cooked, which is surprising, considering how burned our cheese bread was. I feel as though I wasted $30

Clearly the 2 employees were not enough for a Saturday night, they tried their best but the orders were rushed and haphazardly prepared, most of the toppings didn't find their way onto the pizza. Orders were lost, the wait time was too long. Again not the fault of the two employees that showed up and were actually working, but the bottom line is still the same and that is the experience was negative and I can not recommend this location nor will I return in the near future.

We ordered online and when our food was delivered the pizza toppings were incorrect and the pizza was cold and severely undercooked. On the other hand, our cheese bread was burnt. Huge disappointment. Won't be ordering again. Strongly suggest people avoid this location.

Ordered a pizza and wings at 758pm at 945 finally arrived and they didn’t even ring the bell just put at door! Good thing I was checking. But pizza was cold and not even cooked all the way raw dough on bottom of pizza had to put in oven to finish cooking! Disgusting never will order from Pizza Hut on Tylersville Rd in west Chester again and will be getting my money back tomorrow!!! When I go there since they won’t answer there phone

Will not be ordering from here ever again. Just like that rest of these reviews say, I didn't get my pizza until an hour and a half after my delivery time. I have called the store multiple times now and have had my called not answered every single way you try to speak to an actual person through the main prompts and yet no one is answering. This is the worst service I've ever had do not go here!

Poor Detroit Style pizza. Only dough and sauce on the corners. Very little cheese or mushrooms. Plenty of mediocre sauce. They need to see what Jets and LaRosa’s are doing right!

The manager was the only one working that night but he was very friendly our order was on time. And the food was hot and correct.

Food was not ready when their app said it was. I called 7 minutes after their app said it was ready to be told they were waiting for the wings to be ready. It took an additional 12 minutes for it to be "ready", and then all food was cold when we received it and the pizza tasted old. I contacted the corporate customer service center, just so they could refer me back to the store three days later with the message that the store would reply within three additional business days. It's almost a week after that message, and I still haven't heard from anyone. Domino's here we come from now on!

The crust edge made up 1/2 of the puzza! I ordered extra sauce and i dont believe i even got a normal serving of it. The ingredients were very very skimpy. I never had such a bad pizza as this one.
