I’ve had consistently positive experiences at Planet Smoothie. The staff is attentive, upbeat, and genuinely helpful—they make ordering easy and enjoyable, even during busy hours. Their energy creates a welcoming environment that feels both efficient and friendly.

That level of service makes a real difference. I always leave feeling taken care of, and the smoothies are so delicious! Unfortunately I seldom have the opportunity to go there because I do not live in West Chester, but almost always I stop by and grab a smoothie. They are superior to Smoothie King in my opinion. :)

Besides the price being SKY HIGH...The service wasn't great. The girl didn't even fill my entire order and she walked off to the back and the girl girls couldn't find her so one of them finished my order. I was standing there confused...no one said anything. Weird experience.

The smoothies are good. Service if fair. The atmosphere, hmm I would say I wouldn’t spend there to drink but to take out.

Ordered Bubble Trouble and Strawberry colada. Both were good. Costs around $10-$20 based on size of the drink. Honestly not sure about protein shakes or anything else.

I would unfortunately give them a 0 if possible. I ordered 75 smoothies weeks in advance and even got written confirmation of date/time for pick up. Well, I got there today and nothing was made and couldn’t for over an hour. I was doing this for teacher appreciation and the teachers didn’t get their treat when they were supposed to. The owner had no remorse or even seem sorry. Never will go here ever again.

First timers, walked in, place is pretty dirty and smells even dirtier. Ordered 2 smoothies, PBJ was pretty good, however, my husband ordered the Peanut Butter Punch, which was pretty gross, tasted warm and foamy. Aside from that, there were 2 kids running around the place while the mom worked. When we walked in, one of the kids was standing outside on the company phone with no shoes, just socks, then walks in and is climbing all over the counters, unfortunately, where they set your drinks. Staff wasn’t very friendly either, so that didn’t make up for anything.

The smoothies are good, but every time I get here in the morning at 8 am they are still closed! When the door and the website says they open at 7. I’ve wasted so much time in the mornings before work just waiting for them to open.

Staff arrived late, employee shouting in parking lot about how people are staring at them. It’s not our fault there is a line of cars waiting when they are late. Said employee continued to go inside and stomp her feet and throw her hands in the air while point at the line of cars waiting. Once I ordered, I gave over 20% tip only to be given blended ice. Extremely dissatisfied in not only the service but my smoothie as well.

We love their smoothies and the drive thru makes it very convenient. Highly recommend the chocolate Elvis and the last mango. You can easily split a large between 2 people.
Staff is always very kind and they usually have biscuits for a puppies when we go thru the drive thru. Highly recommend.

Most smoothies are good, but regardless of what I get, they never taste the same. No gloves or hairnets, and I know someone who won’t go here anymore because they saw an employee smoking, then go inside and make their smoothie without washing their hands or putting gloves on.

I stopped the day before Labor Day to get a smoothie. It had metal and plastic pieces in it.
I guess the blender broke and the pieces went into my drink. I have been worried about myself since then because I didn’t realize it was there until I drank a lot of it. It was shocking. Beware of this place.

I’ve gone to this location multiple times and each time my interaction with the staff was unpleasant because of how rude they are. Every single time I go in there. All of the reviews complaining about their customer service are completely accurate. This last visit, I had to literally walk up to one of the employees, who’s apparently a manager, while they were outside at their car taking a smoke break and ask them if they could come inside so I could pick up my online order. And then she had the audacity to say to me that she doesn’t need the attitude from me. I had to go back to the store because they didn’t make my order correctly and I brought up to the other employee how I am always treated rudely when I come in here and don’t understand why, and she met with me with the same attitude as the other employee, showing that she could not care less about what I was saying and that I was in the wrong. And that’s when I became visibly upset, and the girls both told me to leave, tried to threaten me by saying I was on camera as if I was being violent (I was standing there not doing anything but since I gave them back the attitude they gave me they must’ve had their feelings hurt) and then tried to belittle me by asking me how I was, and then laughing at me and saying “Ooooo!”. I filed a complaint and their owner reached out to me, doesn’t seem like he’s too concerned about their behavior towards his customers either since the solution was to “talk to them about it” even though he kept bringing up their perspective of the situation when talking to me. They need help.
