Most smoothies are good, but regardless of what I get, they never taste the same. No gloves or hairnets, and I know someone who won’t go here anymore because they saw an employee smoking, then go inside and make their smoothie without washing their hands or putting gloves on.

I stopped the day before Labor Day to get a smoothie. It had metal and plastic pieces in it. I guess the blender broke and the pieces went into my drink. I have been worried about myself since then because I didn’t realize it was there until I drank a lot of it. It was shocking. Beware of this place.

I’ve gone to this location multiple times and each time my interaction with the staff was unpleasant because of how rude they are. Every single time I go in there. All of the reviews complaining about their customer service are completely accurate. This last visit, I had to literally walk up to one of the employees, who’s apparently a manager, while they were outside at their car taking a smoke break and ask them if they could come inside so I could pick up my online order. And then she had the audacity to say to me that she doesn’t need the attitude from me. I had to go back to the store because they didn’t make my order correctly and I brought up to the other employee how I am always treated rudely when I come in here and don’t understand why, and she met with me with the same attitude as the other employee, showing that she could not care less about what I was saying and that I was in the wrong. And that’s when I became visibly upset, and the girls both told me to leave, tried to threaten me by saying I was on camera as if I was being violent (I was standing there not doing anything but since I gave them back the attitude they gave me they must’ve had their feelings hurt) and then tried to belittle me by asking me how I was, and then laughing at me and saying “Ooooo!”. I filed a complaint and their owner reached out to me, doesn’t seem like he’s too concerned about their behavior towards his customers either since the solution was to “talk to them about it” even though he kept bringing up their perspective of the situation when talking to me. They need help.

2 Young girls that work there were hanging out in the parking lot while no one was in the store working. Asked them to serve me my food as I mobile ordered and they gave me an attitude as if it was a bad thing to do their job.

Went for the first time on Saturday, expected a slow service and for it to be a regular smoothie. However the girl with browny blue hair was extremely helpful and served me the best smoothie I’ve had in my whole 54 years of living, GET HER A RAISE!

Usually really like this place but today tried to stop by before work and the store was not open.... All the signs say they open by 7:00 a.m.....but it was 7:22 not a soul in sight...
Smoothies are delicious. Service, time and time again, is terrible. Dude. Repeatedly we come to pick up our mobile order and they say they never got it. Today, they said someone else already picked it up (code for they gave it to a Door Dasher). The teenagers working just don’t seem to care; never an adult to be seen. And the place is dirty. But the smoothies are tasty if you can get them to make one!

I’ve never had planet smoothie before. I stopped in and let the girls working that I’ve never been there. They were SO sweet and helped me choose something that I think I’d like. Ended up loving it so much that I came back the next day!PBJ smoothie ; peanut butter, strawberries, bananas, frozen yogurt, nonfat milk, vanilla. YUM! Decadent.Vinnie Del Rocco ; raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, orange sherbet. Super refreshing! I will now be choosing planet smoothie over tropical smoothie. Also - these are size small. They have a nice variety of sizes.
