very terrible service i was here on a thursday around evening time and i was given rude service by this employee one was a guy last thursday he looked like he was on his phone a lot not paying attention i had to ask multiple times if i could order and overall the service wasn’t good at all

A few days ago my son and I were here and the girl at the window was quite rude. My son ordered a pizza melt and he wanted extra pizza sauce and they didn't put hardly any pizza sauce on it at all. He said it was very dry and didn't eat it. Fast forward to today February 11,2026. My husband and I were sitting in the parking lot watching one of the young female employees run out the door, play in the snow with her hands and try to get back in and the other employees locked her out. Then another employee came back out with her and played in the snow with their hands and run back in all while customers were at the window and inside. Not sure if they washed their hands but as far as I'm concerned we will not be back for several reasons. We have also made sure to tell others about all of this too. We used to really enjoy coming there but clearly it has gone downhill

Excellent sandwiches, for prices that are now the norm. Service is normally very good, though if you show up during a rush it can be a bit of a wait. The restaurant is clean and well kept, a good overall atmosphere.

Very disappointed and frustrated due to how a very simple request was handled.

My husband and I placed an order for two sandwiches. One of them included avocado by default. I politely asked that the avocado from my sandwich be placed onto my husband’s sandwich instead. Since this was a single order and we weren’t requesting anything extra—just transferring an ingredient that was already included—I expected this to be a straightforward request.

However, the employee taking our order insisted on charging extra for adding avocado to my husband’s sandwich, despite the fact that I was already paying for it. I calmly explained multiple times that we were not asking for additional avocado, just a reassignment of the same portion. The employee continued to argue the point and displayed clear attitude throughout the interaction.

This back-and-forth took longer than it should have and was needlessly stressful. My husband and I eventually expressed our frustration and said we would raise the issue with management. At that point, two other employees stepped in and resolved the situation by placing the avocado on the side—something that could have easily been done from the beginning.

We appreciate the eventual resolution, but the poor customer service and inflexible, argumentative attitude from the initial employee left a very negative impression. We hope your team can take this feedback seriously and consider providing additional training to staff on how to handle simple customer requests with more flexibility and professionalism.

Apathetic Potbelly Location with Zero Customer Concern from their Mistake. I ordered sandwiches through DoorDash, only one got delivered. I called the store and they said they forgot to include it. The resolution was a refund or I could drive to the store to fix their mistake. When I asked about them calling DoorDash to get a driver, they refused. ... And what was delivered was missing ingredients. Unbelievable. Will never order from this location again.
