The food is great, the fries could have been hotter they were lukewarm. The burgers were awesome. We were left with empty glasses and we were only offered a fry refill when we payed .

Food was only okay. Sandwiches & fries were not hot when we received plates. One burger was missing cheese. Another order did not receive correct type of fries, and was then overcharged.
Otherwise, service was good.
Table next to kitchen entry was very loud, as waiters yelled or screamed.
Overpriced for mediocre meals.

As someone who eats out daily at both big chains and non-chain places here's my feeling about my recent visit for the $10 burger deal they sent me advertising about. When u first c it it looks like a lot of cheese+burger. But it's really mostly the bun with lots of fluffy lettuce+things other than cheese+burger. I realize u r paying 2 b in the big nice place but as far as value goes I ended up feeling like I should have gone to Burger King minutes away for the Whopper Wednesday deal. Also the person seating me didn't want to seat me where I wanted to sit. I absolutely understand the concerns of the business when they r busy but the place was literally empty and now I understand y! Always accommodate your customer unless there's a GOOD reason for not doing so. And "the employee is too lazy to walk an extra 20 feet" which would take an extra 10 seconds is NOT a good reason. I understand the idea of wanting to keep the customers close together when u only have 1 server but if u r empty one would think u really need that person's business. When I'm alone+the place is empty (90%) I want to enjoy peace+quiet+maybe get some work done. I don't want to have to listen to the conversation of the other people that u want to sit me right next to. Do u really want to risk me getting annoyed+deciding to go to 1 of the other places close by? Keeping the customer happy should win our over trying to make things as easy as possible for the employee(s). Thee end

Very good atmosphere this time I had to go more night almost at closing but they serve you just as friendly, almost all of them are sandwiches and hamburgers, but it is an excellent option

The food was great, and the staff was even more amazing!! Plenty of staff checked in on us and they were all super sweet! Definitely will be coming back!

Very sweet waitress we went at about 530 and got sat right away which was lovely and we got the pretzels with beer cheese as an appetizer, cooked to perfection I highly recommend! Then I got the tavern burger which is smaller and filled me up with out wasting food and he got the mushroom swiss burger that was extremely messy in all the right ways. Delicious food for a great price and everything came quick and hot. We were able to take a walk around the area and still make it to our movie. Perfect date night dinner place
