Food is always amazing! Service was amazing but it was so loud in the restaurant with the music It was hard to hear the people at my table.

My fiancee and I never got our food. We waited about 10 minutes before a server came over and told us this wasn’t her area and that we had been put in a zone with no coverage…she took our order…then never came back. A manager kept making rounds, but avoided us. We left and won’t come back. We had waited over 30 minutes total, and all we got was water. The place was only about half full too.

Last three times we been here the ice cream machine to make the milkshakes has been broken. Food has been kind of cold as well. Used to be very consistence back in the day.

The food and service was good. The space you have in the booth seating is very tight. I am not a big person and the space you have between the back of the seats and the table is very uncomfortable. We came in with a group of four and were told to wait by one host, while another group of four came in behind us and the second host seated them without a wait. This might sound a bit petty, the host incident may have been an honest mistake, but the booth size is definitely something you want to pay attention to when dining in.

One of the worst dining experiences I've had at a restaurant do the the terrible service. It wasn't just our table it was the one next to us that complained and another table got up and left. Not sure if the server (Walter) was just that bad or he wasn't trained properly but it took him 25 minutes to even serve us then lied about Happy Hour Prices, had to go get our own drinks because he was doing who knows what. Then the onsite manager (Destiny) comes over and acts like she cares but basically does nothing to help our situation. I explained to her that I knew people who used to manage RR and this is not how they were run. Was supposed to receive a call from the managing partner (Matthew Perry) which never happed but wasn't a surprise. Sent an email directly to him and never received a response. We will never eat at a Red Robin again with so many other places to chose from. If you want terrible service, old fries and mediocre food then this is the place for you.

Worst experience ever!! We had 6 in our party. We were seated right away (the place was pretty empty). We did not see a waiter for 25 minutes. Well we saw our waiter but even when we tried to flag him down, he didn't come over. Finally he stops by and asks if we want free fries. He didn't bring us water or anything. He started to walk away and we told him we wanted to put our drink order in. He told us we had to wait until he put the fries order in. Another 10 minutes goes by and we had to flag him down. Finally got our first round of drinks 35 minutes after being seated. There were a few customers at tables around us that left because they were not waited on for so long. For our second round of drinks, and to get our food ordered, we had to once again flag our server down. He took our order and disappeared. 15 minutes later, we ended up going to the bar ourselves and sure enough our drinks had been sitting on the bar counter getting warm. No bartender there, no server to be seen. Surprisingly our food came out fairly quick as compared to the debacle during our first hour just trying to get drinks. We will never step foot in this restaurant again!

If I could give them zero stars, I’d give them zero stars. Went in sat for 15 minutes, no acknowledgment from any servers or anyone in the building. And they didn’t seem to care that we sat for 15 minutes, waiting for a server to come by our table

I'm used to getting bigger burgers when I pay this much.
Ice cream maker was down and couldn't get a shake so it's pretty much like McDonalds, they advertise it but machines don't work. This was my first time here, I doubt I will come back.
