Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Food portions get smaller and smaller every time we eat here. We ate here on 8/12. Upon checking out on the kiosk I looked over the bill detail to find a $2.99 entertainment fee. I don't even know why we were charged this. Apparently, it costs $2.99 to use the kiosk to either look at the menu or check out using the kiosk? Absurd. We will NEVER eat at any RR again.

Place was dirty dishes on every table while we tried to eat sandwiches cold, fries was soggy and so much salt them kids running around screaming and playing terrible Place and workers on their cellphones constantly

I ordered a bonzai burger with no cheese. They attempted to scrape melted cheese from a burger patty. That doesn't work. Once the cheese touches the burger, it is now cheese burger, it can't go back to hamburger. You must cook a new patty, not try to scrape off the cheese.

Great burgers and fries.
Onion rings are the best.

Food was great the service was even better. We had Vee, i would ask for her again. She was a very good server very kind and on top of it. Great with the kids as well.

I've never had a worse waitress ever. The food was great, nice peppery cheese and thick cut steak fries. (Even though I asked for Sweet Potato) fries and definitely enjoyed having the entire spread for only $5 due to the Red Robin Rewards. If I would've paid full price for this experience I would've been highly upset. Other than that, I had to ask for napkins, I had to ask for more tea then was brought a to-go cup with a dome lid. Just ridiculous stuff.
