This man knows his Pho, I eat there probably once a week . Today I got the beef rib Pho special. Out of this world, and you do not leave there hungry at all. Absolutely delicious Great food ,great service!

We ordered carryout, and the food was delicious. They prepared it quicker than we expected.1. Veggie egg rolls - these were delicious. However, need a sweet chili sauce on the side. We used it from another noodle dish, and it paired nicely and elevated these. (4.5/5 ?)2. Crab Rangoon - these had great flavors and quality ingredients. These were also missing a side sauce, but we used the same from above, and it was tasty. (4.5/5 ?)3. Tofu noodle bowl - the noodles with paired peanut sauce worked. The side of fresh veggies was a nice pairing, and the tofu was prepared well. (4.5/5 ?)4. Fried rice and chicken - this may be my new favorite fried rice dish. They added a fresh ingredient (suspect coconut), and it really lightened the flavor profile. We easily ate all of this. This is definitely an order every time dish. (5/5 ?)5. Pork noodle bowl - this was also very good. The pork was seasoned well and paired nicely with the noodles. (4.5/5 ?)Overall, it is a solid restaurant, and we will be adding to our rotation.

First time coming in. The staff was VERY warm and friendly. Explained the menus, specials, etc. The OWNERS were even concerned about the quality of food and service BECAUSE they personally came to the table and asked if we needed anything, like hot oil or anything! The food was amazing (can you tell by my empty bowl ???). Great choices to choose from with amazing appetizers.The atmosphere is very casual, with music playing in the background. Very family friendly. One of the BEST places that we've dined at recently. It's also close to the highway (maybe a mile or so from I-75). If you are in the area, and you want an amazing dining experience... THIS IS YOUR PLACE!

I got the Spicy Beef and Pork Noodle Soup and some Taro Boba Tea. Both were great! The meat was super tender and flavorful. I also really like that the Boba Tea wasn't heavy and syrupy like it can be at some places. I could actually taste the tea and thought that it had just the right amount of sugar. I would absolutely come back to this place. Wish I lived closer! ??

We love pho. After going vegan a few yrs ago, we haven't had a good pho even in Texas where pho restaurants are everywhere. We tried the Saigon Noodle Bar and could not stop saying how good the vegan pho was. Such a flavorful broth with the right spice notes. The vegan bahn mi was good also. I recommend this place for anyone vegan or vegetarian. Service was quick and friendly.

Usually great portions and decent price.Today prices were a bit more but the sandwich was tiny. Got the large noodle bowl and that looked like a small portion as well. Can’t recommend anymore as it’s not close to what you get charged for.
