Food was absolutely delicious! Staff was so excited for me to try there wings they sipped one up and the guaranteed it was the best around and let me tell you the wings here are some of the best I’ve ever had! So was the lamb! I’m coming back every time I’m on this side of town!
First time trying West African food and wow… Sene Grill might’ve ruined boring takeout for me. I got the jerk chicken with cabbage and rice and peas, and it slapped hard. The chicken had actual spice (not that “mild” nonsense places usually try to pass off), the cabbage wasn’t some sad boiled afterthought, and the rice and peas actually had flavor. This was really yummy food but there was a fly flying around landing all over the place and on my food and we could see flies in the kitchen from the dining area as well. So while everything was great it gave me an uneasy feeling to see flies in the kitchen. I hope they take care of the fly problem.
