Skyline Chili

Worst customer service in the Tri-state. They can have a dozen employees working but none of them is actually capable of completing a customer’s order. Waited over 30 minutes for a simple carry out order of a three way. Finally got refund and left. Incompetence on a grand scale!

the food is as good as I remember as a child. I'm so glad we stopped. however, we were practically the only ones in the restaurant (although a busy drive thru) and there were 7 dirty empty tables. mess everywhere including a bun left on the floor for some time.3 or 4 staffers were only moderately busy, Leah did a good job for us. there are lots of locations to get a good taste of this Cincinnati fav.

I never go here because the food is BAD! Today the one off of Cox Rd was closed so I had to go here. Buns for the Coney's was extra soggy and the weiners were raw! Management needs to be fired! this is a well know place for BAD FOOD! All these Accolades for this restaurant are employee and friends! THIS PLACE IS NOT GOOD!

Had to walk out. Nowhere to sit as every empty table had not been cleared. Eventually sat at large table near the back.
No one acknowledged us at all. Some other customers were also waiting … and waiting .. and waiting. Then someone walked in sat at the bar and got their food. Still no one had been to our table and other customers in booths still had no food.
We left and went to the skyline at union center. Great experience there.

I went to the drive thru and waited at around 8 pm. And waited. And waited. Finally drove up to the serving window and waited. And waited. Watched workers walking around, chatting. Got waited in after blowing my horn. No apology or explanation. Coneys were great, but never had that experience at a Skyline.

It seems like every Skyline follows a pattern except this one. Was not greeted when we walked in. Waited 5 minutes for someone to take our drink/food order. Another 5-10 to get our drinks. Another 20+ to get our food. Definitely the slowest Skyline I've been to. Plus my 4-way was the wrong size, and 2 other tables received wrong orders.

Horrible service by the so called shift leader Lily who as I’m listening to her talking to customers was rude to a mixed race family with a little one who wanted another coney and tossed crackers at another families table then seemed to have messed their order up as they sent back several orders. We never were asked about refills as we sat at the counter but this was the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. Don’t know how she was made a leader?

Over and over again they serve wet buns to go in container filled with chili making the coneys not even able to eat. Never again

Well I have them another chance. Order plain hotdogs with the chili and the cheese on the side. Somehow they still manage to have the bread soaking wet!!! Literally soaked!!! They forgot the cheese so had to go in and get cheese. They also forgot the onions. AND asked for two with just cheese and they fully loaded them. Not sure how a place can be so bad!!! The whole reason order everything on side is because they soak the bread with chili oil making them no eatable. Order it plain and they still soak the bread. This is by far the worst skyline ever.

We had a great waitress Liv. I'm an out of towner. I really enjoyed Cincinnati chili.

Did they start watering down their chilli? We got lunch to go, and usually, this skyline is pretty good. But this time, the 3 way was like spaghetti in brown water. No flavor. It's more like the chili was watered down. Same with the coney.

Food was delicious, the staff was kind as always never disappoints
