Our server was great at first, but then disappeared and NEVER came back to check on us. The servers weren't rotating tables, and our server got like 6 tables at once while the other server had no one. I had to flag down the other server several times. Once to order dessert. I had to take my cup up to my server at the drink station and ask for a refill.
the food is as good as I remember as a child. I'm so glad we stopped. however, we were practically the only ones in the restaurant (although a busy drive thru) and there were 7 dirty empty tables. mess everywhere including a bun left on the floor for some time.3 or 4 staffers were only moderately busy, Leah did a good job for us. there are lots of locations to get a good taste of this Cincinnati fav.
I went to the drive thru and waited at around 8 pm. And waited. And waited. Finally drove up to the serving window and waited. And waited. Watched workers walking around, chatting. Got waited in after blowing my horn. No apology or explanation. Coneys were great, but never had that experience at a Skyline.
