We were well service, we called our server 6'9 because he was so tall. He was very mannerable and made sure our party had what we needed. We celebrated a graduation, no long wait time, hot food, appetizers were timed perfectly. We had a great time.
Amazing service, was with a crazy table and Roman and the young lady half the table had were awesome service. Highly recommend them if you have a large group or for a special occasion! Made for a great birthday dinner and mothers day celebration
Also food was amazing as usual!
Was seated right away but that was it. After about 10 minutes I asked if we had a server. Another 5 minutes passed before we asked for a manager who ended up being the person that sat us. After another couple minutes of no service we got up and left
The food was delicious, but the waiter did mix up one order. Great atmosphere.
It's my 1st time here, and I will return. Great atmosphere, really good food and service. Be patient and order appetizer.
One of the worst Hibachi experiences we have had in a long time. We had a reservation but had to wait to be seated with other people who did not have a Reservation and then the real waiting began. Our waitress was sloppy and unorganized and rushed the process making mistakes. The place seemed busy and we noticed the table across from us seemed to be waiting a while for their table chef. Def they were low on table chefs. It was over an hour before our chef arrived. My wife after 45 minutes went to the hostess and she said “I will check” on how much longer of a wait. That did nothing. It was a wait for someone to even acknowledge her to ask. Our table chef was self proclaimed “new” and there was zero showmanship from him. He was on a mission to get done and to next table right away. No frills or personalized attention here. At one point he left our table with fillet steaks on the grill that ended well done def not medium. Waitress forgot my wife’s steamed rice, drinks empty. Bill was wrong and waitress would not correct. Rushed, sloppy, and not quality. I never mind a strong bill (this one incorrect was $180 for 4 of us) if we get good service and good food. Unfortunately we got neither. Soho will def not be on our hibachi dinner list of restaurants now. Upon leaving there wasn’t even someone to talk with about the experience.
Overcooked filet, exhaust fans that don’t work, waste of money, you can do better.
Absolutely loved this restaurant. Found it on a business trip and it didn't disappoint. The atmosphere was terribly inviting. Loved the darkness. All 3 of us had sushi and not a piece disappointed. The sushi was the freshest I have personally ever had. Our waitress did a wonderful job advising on what she recommended and overall service. Also had an apple martini and it was spot on. It will be hard to top this restaurant for sushi unless you are close to a coast or Japan itself.
Waited like 15 minutes for utensils and another 5 minutes for my drink after asking 3 different waiters not going back and my food ended up being room temperature by the time I finally got to eat
Beyond disappointed. I took my family here for my son's birthday. When we arrived, the hostess said that it would be a 20 minute wait. After our wait, we got our table. 1 hour and 10 minutes later, the cook finally showed up. Food was mid at best. They really have gone down hill from here.
Shout out to Jen for good service though.
Oh and by the way,
for my wife, 2 year old, and my self, it was 128 bucks. You can skip this one.

I had a fantastic time at SOHO Hibachi! The atmosphere was lively, with well-thought-out decor that added to the experience. The hibachi performance was entertaining, making it a fun outing beyond just a meal. The food was absolutely amazing—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and well-portioned. Every dish exceeded expectations.
Overall, it’s a solid 5 out of 5—great food, great environment, and a fun experience. Definitely worth a visit!
Nice interior with good hibachi/teppanyaki. Sushi was OK, not the most fresh I've had but it wasn't bad by any means. The steak was really good!
Great experience with a birthday dinner party group of 18 people. Very entertaining and delicious with fantastic service. Super appreciated their extra effort and consideration of care for my wife who has celiac disease.
Went in to have dinner waited over half an hour and had multiple tables walk in and get seated before us. We decided to leave. Very disorganized.
It is like dining in an oasis of elegance. Food is average with reasonable prices!
