Great food! The Smash Burger was great, especially the bourbon caramel coffee drink! It was lunch hour but the service was great and friendly! I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area!

There is a young man there his name is Brandon. He is the sweetest. My food is never sloppy always hot and it never looks like it's thrown together. I've never had to circle around because something was missing or my order was wrong.

It took a while for my scheduled pick up order, even though there was only one car other than me.

Additionally the bag contained no napkins, no mint, the onion rings weren’t filled all the way and there’s some mystery bits in my drink.

I recognized the boy bringing out my food, we had a bad exchange years ago before he worked here.

Even if you’ve had a bad experience with someone, they’re still a customer and human 💀

DON’T STOP HERE, IT’S NOT WORTH IT

There’s no sauce in my bag nor did I get onions on my burger. I also got a mystery white cheese? Uhm excuse me but what??

This food was absolutely disgusting! $40 down the drain. Not to mention the workers had zero customer service skills. No interaction with us as we are paying. No one was wearing gloves when I got to the window. I ABSOLUTELY will not be back to this bland l, bad customer service having establishment. Zero’s all across the board!!! Oh and I forgot ALL of our food was cold..smh never again

Had a great experience today! My special needs daughter and I went through the drive through the young man at the window treated her with patience and kindness made eye contact with her waved and smiled! Thank you for creating a great experience for her!

Worker mumbled through the entire drive thru order and we could hardly hear him. He wasn't friendly and sounded like he'd rather be anywhere else. Our sodas were flat and gross and our food was just dumped into the bag. The popcorn chicken was upside down in the bag and all dumped out. Our kids meal was completely wrong too. We ordered chicken strips with fries and were given a corn dog with tater tots. Worst Sonic I've ever been to. Will not return.

Ordered a wrap and a foot long combo.

3 times they asked me what I ordered.

At 15 mins I just gave them the receipt and said refund. 5 more minutes! I was then told since I used my card, I'd have to wait 2-3 days for the refund. I said no. I'll dispute the whole thing with my cc company then. (Usually places like this will pull cash from the drawer for the refund)
