Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 grande Carmel ribbon crunch frap.. they didn't have a very strong coffee taste at all.. they both were very bland.. YUCK!

I love the staff at this Starbucks! They are always pleasant and provide great service. The drive-thru is quick, and the drinks are tasty! I am so sorry to see the Melon Burst drink go. It was a sad day for me, as I just had the last one. What will be my new favorite???

I usually don’t leave reviews, and if I do, I like to leave positive ones. But this was just incredible. Woman with glasses and dark hair was so rude if felt like an SNL skit. Almost seemed disgusted that I came in to order instead of using the drive thru. Then (a full 12 minutes later and I’m the only one in there) brought the wrong drink and rolled her eyes when I looked confused. Perhaps she was still upset that an employee had walked in a few minutes late. I know that because she berated him in front of me. If it wasn’t so absurdly comical, I might actually be upset.

Update: No matter how many chances I give this location they continue to be the worst! As much as you pay, you would think they would care about their customers. I will never return to this location!

This use to be my favorite store! It is now one of the slowest around! The drive thru is the worst and I really don’t understand the issue! They can only deal with one person at a time meaning one person orders and the next person doesn’t get to place their order until the previous customer gets there order and leaves! And this isn’t an occasional thing it’s happened quite a lot the passed 6 months. The staff is friendly, but I don’t prefer this store anymore.

Didn’t appreciate Starbucks employee scolding us in drive thru because we put our mobile orders in 3 minutes prior to entering drive thru. We were told we are supposed to put it in 10 minutes before arriving. (App said 5-8 minutes)

-there were no cars in drive thru.
-we don’t live near this particular location and were unaware it was closer than expected.

What’s the difference between ordering at drive thru vs ordering via mobile?
And if there is a big difference, again, there were no cars in drive thru.

Reply to owner: While they would have remade it if you were there this crew was less then helpful. The issue is why was this acceptable in the first place. The consumer shouldnt have to be put in the position to ask for another or be asked "please select how much you would like to tip". Like...cmon it's not even "it's going to ask you a question" anymore.

What an absolute joke. $7 for a cup almost entirely ice and almost no coffee. Wasn't even full when it was handed to me. For that much I expect the cup to at least be full and not packed top to bottom with ice to avoid actually giving me some of the coffee I paid for. Total rip off

You can’t pick up DoorDash orders through the drive-through and if you try to place an order inside, they will tell you that you have to use the stupid app. Since when can we not walk into an establishment and just get coffee for God sake
