Normally dont post reviews for Starbucks but this one stuck out!Stopped here on a cross- state trek. Staff was very kind and accommodating. Ordered some coffee and they gave my daughter a treat. An enjoyable break on a long trip

Their new coffee "makers" have made an average trip now a long trip! Making each cup individually is horrible. This morning, I waited over 10 minutes to get a simple cup of coffee and since they no longer have condiments out, my simple cup of coffee goes into the queue of all the other drinks.Starbucks simply can't get out of their own way and this "idea" of new coffee making is ridiculous.

Coffee was massively overfilled. Picture was taken after coffee had been spilled all over the center console, my lap, and my phone. Made for dangerous driving in the rain.

My order was supposed to take 10mins. No problem. I had to drive there. Waited an additional 20mins standing in the lobby and still didn't get my nitro cold brew with cold foam. Ended up getting a refund since my drink never came up. Not the 1st time this has happened at this location. I'm probably never going to this location again.
This is my favorite Starbucks location on my way home.I stop at this location quite often after work and never! had a bad experience. The staff is always extremely nice, especially in the drive thru. The staff smiles, is super polite and makes your drinks and food in a swift. I ordered a Caramel Frap with oatmilk yesterday. So yummy!

The worst. There should be no excuses because they had just opened for the morning and I was the second customer. Grande caramel macchiato was half full, my grande vanilla latte tasted burnt & watered down. Just unacceptable. The lady at the window was also not friendly. Great way to start your morning!
