Starbucks. If its good its good. If not we drive to another location and have them remake it because having the same person remake it will result in the same drink. The staff at all locations is always great. Very friendly.

This is one of the worst Starbucks in the area. The coffee has been bad several times. Adding to that, in drive through you get treated depending on the tip you select during pay. Never had these issues with other nearby stores

Stopped here yesterday. My wife and I both ordered drinks. She also ordered a hot tea. As we were leaving my wife asked for more hot water. The guy behind the counter made some snide comment about getting a grande in a large cup. She simply wanted more hot water. Why did he feel he had to make a comment about the drink size?

The ice AND whipped cream overload is old and UNACCEPRABLE!!! How do so manyvpeople allow themselves to be robbed DAILY??? Say no ice andcwhip. Your drink will tripple!!! You are welcome:<)
Since when order a $6 drink cant ask for over ice ??? The girl told me that she cant fill up the ice for me because its doppio????

This visit was awful. They gave my drink to the car in front of me. Who kept the drink in their car for a few minutes then gave it back. When I got to the windows I was given the same drink that was just in a strangers car, I know this because the barista confirmed it when asked. So I asked for a remake as I didn't feel comfortable taking that drink anymore. All 3 employees were clearly annoyed that I asked. The drink i received was incorrect. it should have been a Carmel macchiato but it was just milk and what tasted like burnt coffee. I've never had a barista remake my drink wrong out of spite before this but I will not be returning to this location in the near future.

We tried to call to give our order ahead of closing, but they OR the app would not take our order for pick up BEFORE closing. The vocal worker in the store said ‘we are closed and not taking orders’. Will never be back to this Starbucks. We have been a patron for years.
