Tylersville Rd & Cox Lane location. The employee at the window was arguing with me when I told him drink was wrong. He then proceeded to stir my drink with the lid on and a stirrer stick when I told him my iced macchiato was not upside down like I had ordered. A manager saw what he was doing, took it from him, showed thr employee who made it incorrectly what was wrong and then had another employee remake it. The employee at the window was not very cordial with me when he finally handed me my drink that was made correctly.

I went there today via drive thru just past noon (12:10-12:15 today). I love the pistachio latte and wanted to try the cold brew but noticed there were some differences in the recipe between the two (syrup wise). I asked the barista about it and they recommended replacing the vanilla syrup with pistachio. 10/10 love it! Thanks for dealing with me and helping me problem solve. Will be back (always am).

This is one of the worst Starbucks in the area. The coffee has been bad several times. Adding to that, in drive through you get treated depending on the tip you select during pay. Never had these issues with other nearby stores
Stopped here yesterday. My wife and I both ordered drinks. She also ordered a hot tea. As we were leaving my wife asked for more hot water. The guy behind the counter made some snide comment about getting a grande in a large cup. She simply wanted more hot water. Why did he feel he had to make a comment about the drink size?
