Came to this place at 7pm for a business meeting with a client. Ordered cappuccino for myself, and a juice for my client, and bill was on me. My client gets his juice. They asked for my name to ensure they could reach out once cappuccino was ready- got it ready and sat it on side - no one called my name. At 9 before they closed I asked for my drink to get told that it was dumped. They also refused to make me a sub instead they told me to come back later on that week. No proof that i ordered, no voucher, no nothing - poor decision making. just come in and say hey I ordered cappuccino last week and I need it made ? who will believe me?It was not acceptable! Poor customer service!Positive note: place is good venue!

Always quick and friendly here. It is one of our favorite Starbucks locations to frequent. The drive-through can be tricky when they're busy, but it's doable. We prefer to go inside at this location for that reason.

They typically have what I'm looking for in food and beverages even after lunch! I love to get the egg white feta wrap and they had it while other locations run out!
They have good drinks, but food is not great. The flavor and portions are not what I would have expected from Starbucks.

Lost one star because their barista don’t understand what upside down espresso is. It is simple, the espresso is the last thing in the cup unless there’s foam. Therefore it’s upside down. Why? Some people like me like iced espresso but don’t like it tasting like plastic ice espresso. When connoisseur and ice espresso the hot coffee is pour directly into a plastic cup before ice is added thus the plastic taste for connoisseurs drinker.

I enjoy coffee, I may not be a fan of Starbucks as far as the business goes, but it does employ people. With that said this location is crazy busy and I have to say the staff here are amazingly calm considering some of the rude people I have seen come in here. I mean while there today people brought in outside food (donuts from a large chain) I mean they where eating with boxes open. Do people not understand how rude that is to a business that sells pastries and such. I enjoyed my Carmel latte and my double smoked bacon. And watched the staff working hard. I will be back.

Fast and friendly service the majority of the time. Terrible drive through set up though. If you park and go inside, don't park out back... you will probably get blocked in by the drive through line!
