We ordered the sub online from this location, online menu said they have Veggie Patty available and we ordered the sub, went inside directly after placing the order since I placed order from the Subway app outside the store. I asked for the order lady said we don't have Veggie Patty and it's discontinued, that is ok. But if discontinued then why was it allowing me to place the order through app for the same location?
I asked for refund and cancel the order before the time of pickup, even order was not started yet, but still she refused and asked me to cancel the order online via app since I placed it. But on the app you cannot cancel the order once placed, have to call that particular location to void the transaction and cancel the order before it's made. But that lady wasn't ready to listen and kept on saying I can't cancel your order. Very poor customer service and on top of that she was constantly watching reels or on the video chat. I would strongly request others to verify the availability of the items before placing order through Subway app at this location.

There was only one employee working and she was on the phone for over 5 minutes making me wait to order and then waited why my sub sat there getting cold on the counter. Went to get a fountain drink I payed for and none of them worked so I had to get a bottled drink.

They don’t care about your order

The person that served I mean waited she was awesome one of the better Subs that I've ever had from Subway I plan on going there many times during my lunch

Understaffed, gave me the wrong sub. Didn't understand when I was trying to explain that sub was wrong. Bought 2 drinks. Went to refill and the employee stated that her manager called her saying we where getting to many refills. So confused on the experience I had there. High chair was sooo dirty. Smh

I don't think iv ever gotten a flatter unfilled sandwich in my life sandwich was made like they was running out of everything on it couldn't even see the toppings without opening the bread thought maybe they sold me just a loaf of bread at first

Placed an order for veggie sub and they didn’t have the veggie patty in stock. When I came into pick it up, they told me they didn’t make it because they didn’t have the veggie patty, I asked them to cancel my order and they said they can’t. Either I could try calling subway or just get it without the veggie patty. My credit card was already charged and there is no way to cancel the order once it’s placed. They clearly knew this and didn’t care. They should have marked the patty as out of stock if they didn’t have it instead of wasting my time and money. Never coming here again.

Absolutely filthy. Condiment containers looked like they haven't been washed in weeks. Unidentifiable contaminants in all the lettuce and peppers.

The bread was hard. The amount of meat is at least half of what I get at other locations. Extra pickles was about 12 pickles on a foot long. I ordered a Titan Turkey & had to remind her it was supposed to have extra cheese. Also, a sign posted on the door said no public restroom. What?!!

What happened?! I ordered 2 sandwiches for pick up. I got home and they really don't fill them like they use to. For the price of these sandwiches now, there should be more meat on them. Maybe it's this location.

No meat on sandwiches, asked for lite lettuce, I got a lettuce sandwich. Terrible for the prices. 4 foot long 60 dollars.

I usually don't take the time to do reviews but this is the worst Subway ever. If someone could take their franchise they should. They are shorting everything. Disgusting food.

Learned this location does not accept coupons or Subway promotions. The pricing was higher than I think most Subways would be. The floor and tables were dirty. The lady behind the counter was nice. I don’t think they will make it 60 days beyond when the Wawa opens next door.
