Terrible customer service, sandwich was messed up. Just don’t go to this location unless it’s your only option.
Placed an order for veggie sub and they didn’t have the veggie patty in stock. When I came into pick it up, they told me they didn’t make it because they didn’t have the veggie patty, I asked them to cancel my order and they said they can’t. Either I could try calling subway or just get it without the veggie patty. My credit card was already charged and there is no way to cancel the order once it’s placed. They clearly knew this and didn’t care. They should have marked the patty as out of stock if they didn’t have it instead of wasting my time and money. Never coming here again.
Absolutely filthy. Condiment containers looked like they haven't been washed in weeks. Unidentifiable contaminants in all the lettuce and peppers.
The bread was hard. The amount of meat is at least half of what I get at other locations. Extra pickles was about 12 pickles on a foot long. I ordered a Titan Turkey & had to remind her it was supposed to have extra cheese. Also, a sign posted on the door said no public restroom. What?!!
What happened?! I ordered 2 sandwiches for pick up. I got home and they really don't fill them like they use to. For the price of these sandwiches now, there should be more meat on them. Maybe it's this location.
No meat on sandwiches, asked for lite lettuce, I got a lettuce sandwich. Terrible for the prices. 4 foot long 60 dollars.
Learned this location does not accept coupons or Subway promotions. The pricing was higher than I think most Subways would be. The floor and tables were dirty. The lady behind the counter was nice. I don’t think they will make it 60 days beyond when the Wawa opens next door.
Talisha was one of the friendliest and efficient workers I’ve ever had! Unfortunately you don’t get this type of service these days. My little girl even commented how nice and what a hard worker she was! Give her a raise!!
Horrible owner/operator. Yelled at my wife and kids about refills when our order was dine in. Do not visit this location! Horrible service.
Only one worker on duty, which was probably super tough for her. Nevertheless, she was being very effective and efficient with what she had. I was very impressed. In contrast to other reviews, the worker was very kind.
I got one of the ghost pepper bread sandwiches toasted, and wow, I would recommend! The dippers were pretty good. I see the potential.
Ultimately I would say this Subway is a good one to drop by.

Do not ever order from this location. Subway must cancel the franchise from these cheaters. The most corrupt people in the business. There is barely any food inside the bread. Never go there
The lady took a few minutes to even acknowledge my presence once I entered the store because she was talking to someone on her phone. After she finally came out to attend me she was disrespectful because she still kept her phone on speaker and had most of her attention on the phone instead of asking what I needed. She also over cooked my bread because she was too focused on the conversation she was having, also the ingredients looked old.

My experience with the staff was actually quite friendly, in comparing my review with some of the others. However, it was the quality of food that was not good. This is the second time I visited this Subway. I forgot that the first time, my ham sub tasted like fish. I went back a second time and was reminded, as my ham sub once again had a fishy taste. The quality of their ingredients do not look (or taste) fresh. The lettuce is browning, and the tomatoes are not crisp. The sandwich maker seems like they have no clue how to make a sandwich, putting all of the ingredients right in the middle. I don’t know about you, but I’d like to taste all the ingredients in every bite, not have to take three bites until I taste any condiments, and another three until I taste any meat or veggies. This Subway is a 2 minute drive from me, but I would rather drive 12 minutes to the location in Mason.
The server did not give enough tuna for a foot long and spread it thin. Only added a little spinach and when asked for more, she added 4 leaves. When asked again, she moved the spinach leaves already on the sandwich around. I will not visit this location again or recommend it.

SUBWAY has long term reputation in USA kind of next door brunch/ lunch restaurant , LOCATION LIKE 7132 CINCY DAYTON ARE ACTUALLY CHEATERS .....SHAME SHAME SHAME ,when you visit at this store ,they will suggest to submit order online through App to avoid ongoing deals ,when you try to submit online order and their store appears as ,"participating location" for that offer , associate at store mentions( per our owner ) , actually our location is not participating to avail ongoing offer. Not sure if owner carries any value to run food business ...as doing only business with no HOSPITALITY.
