My 17 year old son and wife are traveling across the country and stopped at this store. After checking out, my son realized that the cashier added a $2.00 for themselves without asking or mentioning it. He was out of the story when he realized it and did not want to go back in as they are road weary. I called the store to talk to the manger, and the phone is disconnected. Stay away from rip off cashiers who are tipping themselves without asking. This is robbery. Also, my son paid and was about to walk away, and then stepped back to ask for the receipt and then the guy ran it through the cash register to get a receipt, when at first he just took the cash. Skimming?

I have tried this particular Subway a couple times lately and have had an issue each time. I place online orders and directions are never followed. Then they look at me like I'm the issue because my order isn't correct. I don't eat in, but the tables are always dirty when I go in.

Walked in there in took time to decide what I wanted and the lady had pressured me to hurry up , then she put the wrong items after I repeated myself over again that that's not what I wanted, she barely spoke English then had an attitude on top of that, worst experience yet honestly

I ordered a 6 inch tuna sandwich online and picked up my order and was disappointed by the amount of tuna on my sandwich they refused to give a refund or make a new sandwich I will never return to this location this is the second time this happened to me here.

Ordered multiple sandwiches online, one worse than the other. the Philly steak came cold not toasted with raw onions. Cucumber, jalapeno, tomato, one or two pieces of each in a footlong. How else do you steal from customers? Short selling? What a shame.

Creepy guy hesitantly came out from the back to give me the sandwich I ordered online which was awful. Rubbery bacon, no mayo and wilted lettuce. How can you mess up a bit? The chips were out of stock and he tried to give me a cup when I ordered a bottled soda. I don't think he spoke English or he may have had an explanation or an apology but instead he just kept calling me sweetie. Does anyone know of a good Subway?

Generally I am not a fan of subway, but this place was clean, service was great and food was perfectly done.
Food is always great. this locations around lunch time has too many customers and not enough workers. It would be beneficial to hire more workers for around lunch time.

Ordered four sandwiches got home three of them were veggie had no cucumber barely no tomato. I’m gonna post a picture. This is the most ridiculous. It didn’t even fill out the bread whatsoever then tried to call and the girl doesn’t answer the phone. The bag ripped when we got there, she was rude! Way to devotees! Shame on this Subway
Vegetarian options: If you get vegetarian delight, they don’t put any vegetables. It didn’t even fill out the bread. What a waste of time and money next time we’ll go to the one in Beckett Ridge.
