The service is slow and orders are never right. Regina is always mad whenever I walk in and always wants to start fights. Anytime I order online they always screw up the order and anytime I order inside it takes 15 minutes to get one sandwich and I am the only person in the store.

How can the store close while waiting in line? Lock the doors and not serve customers who have been standing in line waiting for a sandwich? You can't lock the doors during lunch hour because your lazy! Refuse to make a sandwich for a person who has been standing in line for 15+ minutes, then refuse to make them a sandwich claiming that you are OUT of everything. Lazy excuse! To lock someone in the store is against FIRE CODE as well! Management needs to address this store and the workers.

Very rude. She rushed me. She was rude to students at the near by school. The older black lady had an attitude with me and was very unprofessional. I’ve never been to a restaurant so disappointing as this subway.

Well to start the old black lady that opens is very rude i went in at 15 after 9 she stated she was late that they werent open i told her i didnt have my wallet a subway giftcard was all i had to get something to eat and i only get 10 mins on break she said id have to go outside and wait 20 to 30 mins first that isnt my problem that she isnt there to open up at 9 ready to go so i left tried finding another subway it ended up being some cell phone store so needless to say instead of her asking me to hold on a minute so she could help me she turned me away even tho they were open i feel thats rude and very lazy and unprofesional im rushing this review but that women shouldnt be running that subway she turns money away so she doesnt habe to do anything im very upset id like a higher up to contact me and disciplen her

I've been to this location in the past and it's a typical Subway. However, I was very disappointed to pull in for dinner at 6:52pm on Sunday November 26 to have them turning off the lights and closing as I was getting out of my car. I went out of my way to stop at this location, assuming they would be better prepped than Franklin or Middletown. I was wrong. I won't go out of my way for this store again.

Overall the food was good and the restaurant was clean. The lady making the food did not change her gloves after handling the cash transaction.
Best sandwich I've had at a Subway, and I've had a bunch! Super friendly employees and my sandwich & cookies were awesome. I'll go out of my way to hit this location.

My order wasn’t correct called and asked for a manager to tell her my order wasn’t correct. Instead of listening and making it right the manager proceeded to insinuate I was a liar and hung up. This being said after I ordered curbside and tipped snd had to go in to pick up my order. We order frequently from work so we will not be back. The manager is very unprofessional to say the least on top of brown stuff being smeared all on the inside wrapper of my sandwich I question cleanliness as well.

Firstly, I asked them to cut footlongs sandwiches in half they did not. Second, I asked them to label the sandwiches they did not. Third, I asked them to provide cutlery they did not. Last but not the least sandwiches were not fresh at all.

Great subs, great service, great atmosphere. My only issue was that they were out of ice and didn't post a sign nor tell me when I asked for a cup for self service ice that they had none. May seem petty, but I really need a cold drink when I eat.
