I got 2 sandwiches the other day when the owner operator took an online oder in the middle of my order and did not chang his gloves after working on his point of sale. If the helth department was simpler to file an complaint I wold have. It's only an matter of time be for some one gets sick from this location.

Door says open at 8am but I got there at 8:45am today and was not open!! I missed lunch today because I can not leave on my lunch break today or call in any food because it was a field trip. So I got stuck with nothing! Not good should at least change online hours so when I look it up it will say your hours!

Stopped by here yesterday, walked in, couldn't see anyone, figured they were in the bathroom, waited a few minutes, called out, and someone started playing videos on their phone from the back. About 3 years ago this restaurant was staffed differently and was thriving. don't waste your time or money

Had a coupon. I bought this hoagie at other subways and they all had twice the meat. That hoagie isn’t even worth $1.50, you get more at McDonald’s on a burger than you do here..

This location is horrible to go to anymore. This guy Eric working there needs to be fired immediately. Rude disrespectful and extremely slow. Took 20 mins to make 2 footlongs and never even bothered to bring it out saying I have 1 customer to serve despite me being there waiting outside for the food. I could also see flies in there so not sure if my food was contaminated or not. Corporate should take notice and fire all the current staff, clean this location up and train and rehire more professionally trained individuals who know how to operate in the customer service industry.

This review is about an employee Eric who is very disrespectful & very rude as I came in to order in person he was already serving a customer ahead of me, then a foreign couples walked in five minutes after me after he waited on the guy ahead of me. He walked right past me & started taking their orders after I had already been standing there for 10 minutes he ignored and avoided me. He’s very rude & not a good employee because this makes the 2nd time he’s done this to me. I’ll never deal with him again, if it was left up to me after a second complaint I’d fire em in a minute. The female employees are great I’ve never had any problems or issues with them. Only Eric

Worse Management ever. 6.15.24 Ordered 4 four subs online at 7:58 and they close at 9:00. I get there at 8:15 the door is locked the girl sitting inside and she said we are not taking orders anymore because we're low staff. Took my money she said she cannot refund my money or cancel my order because the system won't let her I have to call corporate. I would love to buy the stores just to close it down.

The worker today was a very nice young man, he was new so I helped him with what he needed to do. Place is a bit ran down but it makes up for it with service. I just think that the store could be cleaner and the bread is more like break stick and isn't toasty at all it's super
